Pros: A hidden gem! I was surprised by how good this place was for the price. The room was clean, cozy, and the bed was very comfortable. Everything was perfect. I would definitely stay here again.

Pros: The room is simple, without unnecessary luxury, but everything is very clean and tidy. Cleaning is done daily, the bedding is fresh, and the bathroom is tidy. The price is more than reasonable, so for its cost, the hotel exceeds expectations. It is quiet, cozy, and comfortable. The staff is friendly and always ready to help. A great option if you are looking for a cheap and clean place to stay without overpaying. I recommend it!

Pros: I had a wonderful stay at Aparthotel - KrakHouse! The apartment was clean, modern, and fully equipped with everything I needed. The location was perfect — close to the city center, restaurants, and public transport. The staff were very friendly and helpful, and the check-in process was smooth and easy. I would definitely stay here again and recommend it to anyone visiting Krakow!

Overall a great place!

Pros: Location was great, room was comfy, price was good, the staff was very nice 👍

Cons: Poor sound-proofing of the room, could hear everything that goes on in the adjacent rooms or the corridor, and there was no desk to work on (but it was not in the description either, so no problem).

Pros: Obiekt jest bardzo ładnie urządzony, panuje porządek oraz czystość. Spodobało mi się również bogate wyposażenie kuchni oraz przyjemny pokój do relaksu.

Cons: Jedyna rzecz, do której mogłabym się doczepić to fakt, że w pokoju nr 14 było zimno, na nic innego nie moglam narzekać.

A decent stay!

Pros: The location is great: right in front of the tram stop “Smolki”, making it very convenient to reach from the city centre (in ~15 min), thus very ideal for tourists and good value for money. Multiple convenience stores nearby, a carrefour express right next door (opens 24h). Our room (no. 17) had a window facing the direction of the city centre and we got to admire the fireworks on New Year’s Eve from our beds, which was absolutely wonderful!

Cons: The power in the sockets were unstable during the first night and the room turned very cold in the morning, but later it was fixed. Staff was easy to reach The WiFi was a bit slow from time to time. If someone talks in the corridor, it could definitely be heard from the room. :( My beddings didn’t seem the freshest & cleanest (but was bearable and didn’t give me any discomfort.)
