Great value for reasonable money!
Pros: Apartment was clean and very warm. Has all necessary facilities, kitchenware, microwave, kettle and even some coffee. Also there’s vending machines and coffee machine on the first floor. The location and transport availability is also good. A tram station is just a couple of steps from the building. It was easy to check-in even though I came late in the night. Personnel were very helpful and friendly, which was like a final good note in my experience.

Pros: I am pleasantly surprised by the quality of accommodation in this student dormitory. Polite and attentive staff at the reception. The room is clean, warm, with a comfortable mattress. The main advantage is the location: a very convenient area, easy to walk around the city. An ideal option. I definitely recommend it!

Simple, comfortable, v.clean.
Pros: Good location, very near public transport. Clean! room with kitchenette. OK bed. Good WiFi. It's a Student House.
Cons: No A/C, no fan, no TV. Only 1 drinking glass, no other coffee/tea cup. 1 towel for 4 days.

Very good place for it's value, note that it's a students place maybe it can be a minus for some.
Pros: For the value you get a lot - gym / tennis tables / billiards available on the first floor. The building is pretty new. The space was very well organized so that the room is small but functional.
Cons: The wifi password and heating was shared is too complex on the checkin but actually all you need is to scan a QR code over the door when you enter and that's it everything else is there. Wi-fi a bit slow, on average 10-15 Mbs.

Pros: Good location near a major roundabout with teams in all four directions. This is an actual student dorm, called 'Student Depot', so it seems to be available only when universities are not in session.
Cons: Lumpy mattresses and pillow, room was cold.

Pros: This was a gem. Excellent location, not only walkable to many of the main places in Kraków but also close to trams and buses. The staff at the reception were very nice. The atmosphere when you enter is nice and welcoming. The room was clean, well laid out and furnished with a little kitchenette. It is also surprisingly large for the size, Good enough for morning stretches! The bed was perfect, very comfortable. The area is not too noisy so I got a good night's sleep. The bathroom was clean and well laid out
Cons: Nothing.

Pros: The easy, practical access, the quiet nights and the well-equipped rooms. I also appreciated the convenient location, excellent facilities, and responsive efficient staff, who helped when I had a WiFi issue

Pros: I had a really good stay at Chillout Dorm Cracow. The location is excellent – close to the main attractions, restaurants, and transport, which made getting around the city very easy. The atmosphere of the hostel is modern and comfortable, with nice common areas for relaxing or meeting people. The staff were friendly and helpful, and the place was kept clean and well-organized.
Cons: Honestly, I don’t have anything negative to mention. Everything went smoothly, and I enjoyed my time here.
