Pros: Very nice hotel, bit small rooms , but nice with kitchen. Everything that you need, close to old town and train station.

Cons: No staff, only the security guy, but he was very friendly.

Pros: It was nice place for weekend stay. I don’t need much more for that long. It was really quiet

Cons: Apartament is rather small, bed was small and not the comfiest.

Clean, quiet & close to centre

Pros: clean modern safe good area 20 mins walk to centre shop on site mattress was comfy very quiet even at night staff are helpful, we had a late flight and they let us keep the room on free of charge which was very much appreciated as one if us was ill

Cons: draft from windows and heating wasn’t very strong for winter bedding doesn’t fit the bed, too small no safe no fridge no kettle no hair dryer Within shared / student accommodation can’t adjust tv volume

Absolutely amazing!

Pros: The place was very modern and clean. The staff was nice and helpful. Overall the stay was excellent and we had zero complaints. If you take into account the price which was very cheap for what we got the stay was superb.

Cons: If I had to pick one thing it would be the fact that it wasn’t really in the centre. It was about a 20 min walk. But this is really just nitpicking.

Pros: Beautiful room! Clean and tidy, no faults. Lovely building as-well.

Cons: Only fault is the check in process. Very difficult. No instructions. We rung the doorbell maybe 10 times, standing out there in the cold. Eventually a lady answered and shouted at us, that we had to go around the barriers. Confusing. As the signs on the door say we were at the right place for check in. We eventually understood what she meant and figured it out ourselves. But we are not silly, and the signs on the door don’t reflect the correct check in process.

Pros: Great location, very friendly woman on Security, clean and quiet room, super affordable and a Zabka a stones throw away! 100% will always go back whenever I stay in Krakow.
