Wonderful

Pros: The property was well presented and looked like the pictures that had been uploaded. It was clean and chic.

Cons: There was nothing I did not like about the property

Exceptional place in the Kraków centre

Pros: Everything overall was exceptional. The staff was polite and answered all our questions. The room structure and facilities were on point.

Fabulous city. Fabulous accommodation. The best city break we’ve ever had 😁

Pros: Perfectly positioned, close to a small supermarket, chemists, restaurant and there’s even a 24 hour shop that’s only a 2 minute walk away. Only a short walk in to the city centre. The apartment was lovely, immaculate and well equipped. It also had a lovely patio and the bed was REALLY comfy. Check-in and out was really quick and easy. Just perfect!

Pros: The lighting was a little poor in the apartment & the cupboards were very high!

Pros: At first I thought the check in process sounded a bit complicated and I had my doubts. But the management team supplied all the relevant information and also had a back up plan if we would arrive after hours when their office was closed. I appreciated their efforts

The staff were very friendly and helpful. The facilities were great and free washing machine and dryer on site ample car

Pros: The property was great to shopping Sunday markets, public transport and all the historical sites of krakow

Cons: That I should’ve stayed there a bit longer

Pros: When we had to call the emergency number on our arrival at midnight, they did answer and provided the necessary information.

Cons: The apartment has a double bed and a sofa which can be used as a second bed. We booked the apartment for 3 people, and thus we expected the sofa to be ready as a bed when we arrive. Or at least to be provided with instructions on how to transform it to bed. None of the two was the case, when we arrived at midnight and had to call the emergency number to be provided with instructions.

Strongly recommended, very nice apartment

Pros: Nice, spacious and modern apartment close to the city center.Fully equipped. Comfortable bed, big bedroom, in the walking distance from the old town.

Cons: No air conditioning what means that you have to keep your windows open during the night.It gets pretty noisy in the weekends when drunk British people come back from the city.

Really enjoyed my stay here had everything I needed staff in reception were more than helpful

Pros: The location was about 10 or 15 minutes walk to main square or about 4 minutes in taxi which are very cheap the staff in reception were more than helpful I had a small problem with my shower and it was sorted within a few hours and this was a Sunday so I was very impressed.

Pros: Good apartment. Good location, easy to reach city centre, great italian restaurant at other side of the street, quite big marketplace 5 minutes on foot.

Cons: Require some repairs, some kitchen accessories could be renewed. And I just hate for those extra charges for parking spot.
