Pros: Great location, very clean and comfortable. We ate out day/evening but had breakfast in apartment with the available kitchen facilities. Would highly recommend.

Cons: Bed could do with a change. It seems old and you can feel the springs in the bed.

Perfect location and great value for money

Pros: Location - perfect! Train station right outside to take you to and from Central Station, so airport also easy to reach. Walking distance from the Old Town. Little cafe and small supermarket just downstairs from the flat.

Cons: TV was not working, kitchen sink was blocked, cooking was limited as not the best equipped kitchen but Krakow has so many places to eat that you can really just not cook during your stay. Also, much smaller flat than what is on the images! Would be good to add actual images of all the rooms.

A great holiday in Krakow !

Pros: Excellent location between the Old Town and the Jewish quarter. 2 minutes to a Delikatessy supermarket, Hala Targowa market and Krakow Grzgorski train station on direct route from the airport. Very clean with dishwasher, washing machine and oven and hob. Sheets and towels changed halfway throughout our stay ( 12 nights) . Helpful reception staff. Easy access with door codes. Safe and secure.

Cons: Dining table very small for 2, would have been impossible for 3. Pigeon mess on an adjacent (presumably unoccupied) apartment was unsightly. No instructions for oven .

Comfortable, Clean, and Perfectly Located

Pros: Our stay was fantastic. The apartment was comfortable and immaculately clean. The location is incredibly convenient, especially for those arriving by air. You can take the train directly from the airport to the Kraków Grzegórzki station, which is just a five-minute walk from the apartment. It serves as an excellent base for exploring, with the Old Town only a 10-15 minute walk away. For daily needs, a market square with a supermarket and grocery stores is also just five minutes on foot. We highly recommend trying the Basque cheesecake at Creamy Bite! Finally, the online pre-arrival registration was smooth and efficient. We would definitely stay here again.

Cons: The only minor issue we had was that only shampoo was provided in the bathroom, with no body wash. When we inquired at reception, the staff was helpful but confirmed they didn't have any body wash available and gave us more shampoo instead. As a suggestion, it might be beneficial for the management to install refillable dispensers for both shampoo and body wash. This would improve guest convenience and be more eco-friendly.
