Jack II Apartment

Pros: The flat was very comfortable, clean and well equipped. The owner sent us the code via e-mail. We could even occupy the flat a bit earlier. The flat is about 2-3 km from the city centre, but there is a tram stop jut in front of the house, and public transport is quite cheap in Krakow. We just left the car in the underground garage (free parking) and chose the tram.

Cons: Nothing.

Pros: Nice gesture from the host to leave us a bottle of water at check-in, it's much appreciated. It's a modern, spacious, clean apartment situated in a quiet closed building complex. There's a tram stop nearby with a connection to the city centre, and many shops, cafes, restaurants, bakeries, etc. around.

Cons: Only one key is provided and there's no shelf in the shower cabin to place your stuff, but those are minuscule details.

Excellent vacation

Pros: Great apartment, very clean, all you need. Excellent and quiet location. Lots of good places to eat near by. Great host, very good and eady communication. Secure parking space.

Pros: Clean cozy apartment for small family of 2 or 3 persons. Fresh bed sheets and towels, you can find all you need for comfortable stay. Key you can find near the door in box with password you will receive before arrival. Land lord speaks English.

Cons: All was good for us but i can't recommend it for disabled persons. Communication via Booking chat (my own preferences - via phone, but it is not a big deal)

Nice apartment, good location

Pros: Great apartment complex and location. The tram stop is 2min away. There are two supermarkets nearby. The check-in is easy with a code to the gate. The apartment is modern and spacious. The only downside is the bed being small.

Cons: The bed is really small for two people.

Pros: My stay at Jack II Apartment was very pleasant. The apartment has a perfect location, is well communicated and comfy. Also the parking space in the underground garage was a great amenity. Contact with the host is superb, everything was clear and host was very friendly and helpful. The apartment itself is well-equipped and tidy.

Pros: Apartamento moderno e confortável. Bem decorado. Altamente recomendado.

Pros: Hezké ubytování, blízko do centra. Příjemný majitel.

Cons: Špína v odsávání a digestoři.

Alojamiento bueno que desmerece por la poca amabilidad del propietario

Pros: La ubicación, porque se podía llegar en tranvía al centro de Cracovia (la parada del tranvía está frente al edificio del alojamiento). El WiFi funcionaba muy bien. El parking subterráneo en el propio edificio.

Cons: Es una pena que siendo un apartamento bastante nuevo y moderno, no disponga de una cafetera. Consideramos que poner una cafetera sencilla y básica no le supondría un gasto excesivo al propietario y supondría una mayor comodidad para los huéspedes. El propietario no fue amable cuando le dijimos que echábamos en falta una cafetera, sobre todo porque había café molido en el alojamiento. La limpieza del alojamiento debería mejorar.
