Unique apt EVE - free garage

Pros: Great location with lots of restaurants, cafes and other businesses nearby. Quiet apartment, underground parking is super useful.

Cons: Apartment needs more upkeep, e.g., clocks aren't working, wobbly door handles, bathroom sink was clogged and had to get in unclogged with my bare hands.

Great place, strongly recommend

Pros: We traveled by car, so parking was important, and this apartment comes with an underground garage, which is super useful. I also appreciated the contactless check-in; we received clear instructions in advance, allowing us to quickly find the key and access both the apartment and the garage. Although Krakow wasn't our primary destination and we only stayed for one night, this is a great place to spend more time comfortably. The location is excellent, situated in a quiet neighborhood with various dining options nearby, as well as a mini-market and a wine shop in the building. The apartment is cosy, modern, and warm (it was winter). It has everything a traveler might need for a comfortable stay.

Cons: Although I was contacting in English, all the instructions were provided in Polish, so I had to use a translator. However, this is not an issue with modern technologies 😉

Decent apartment. Pretty good location. 30-40 minutes by feet to the old town, 10-15 by tram

Pros: Pluses: - located in a modern building - free underground parking - well-equipped kitchen (although the fridge is quite small) - the bed is quite comfortable - a lot of grocery stores and cafes/restaurants nearby - tram stop nearby

Cons: Minuses: - sound isolation is average. Additionally, there are vents in the windows that can’t be closed, which makes the outside noise even more pronounced - the WC is splashing water on the floor when being flushed - squeaky doors

Enjoyable stay in Krakow

Pros: Great location, clean apartment, and excellent support from the owners. Highly recommend it!

Celková spokojenost, komplikované dostat se do bytu, nefunkční ovládání od garáže.

Pros: Klidná lokalita, výhled do pěkně upraveného vnitrobloku, čisté, dostatečně vybavené. Blízko do centra.

Cons: Ovládání od garáže bylo v bytě, trochu komplikované dostat se do bytu (je zde několik vchodů a bloků), nutnost předtím zaparkovat v placené zóně, kde nebylo volné parkovací místo. Ovládání od garáže nefungovalo. Wi-fi nefungovala, majitel musel resetovat heslo. Doporučujme doplnit koupelnovou podložku a sprchové mýdlo.

Pros: Lokalizacja, blisko restauracje, sklepy, komunikacja miejska.

Cons: Przeciekający prysznic, brak zasłon w oknach, brak klimatyzacji.

Красивый вид во двор. Не слышно шум машин

Pros: На кухне были принадлежности для готовки. Удобное расположение

Cons: Сломан был кодовый замок.

Если на одну - две ночи , все норм

Pros: Удобно расположена квартира , окна выходят во двор., за счет этого достаточно тихо. Рядом расположены магазины и точки общепита . Наличие паркинга

Cons: «Пожившие» постельные принадлежности . Мягкий матрац

Pros: Skvělá lokalita. Blízko veřejné dopravy a přitom klidné prostředí. Kuchyně výborně vybavená. Vše čisté. Malý obchod s potravinami Žabka hned vedle vchodu do budovy. V blízkosti další kavárny a restaurace.

Udany weekend

Pros: lokalizacja bardzo dobra. Wyposażenie bardzo dobre.

Cons: Wszystko ok.
