Pros: Lovely place close to all amenities. quite and clean.

Cons: Wanted a double bed and received 2 small matresses together, making sleep a bit uncomfortable.

Cons: bathroom mirror cupboard was broken, cupboards for clothes were full of dust and spiders. contacted for more towels and toilet rolls, never got a response the whole time we were there

Pros: Everything was good. The host was very good. The check-in system was convenient. The location was good, too. 3 minutes walk to the tram stop. With tram main terminal krakow 10 minutes ride only. Nice big windows airy and bright. Fan to cool down. Iron to use.

Cons: Would be nice to provide bigger size 1 dish and frying pen. 2 big spoon. Proper cutting knife. So guests can cut meat or fish.

Pros: Perfect location. Tram stop, grocery stores, bars, restaurants as well as the old town - everything was in a walking distance. Contactless check-in and check-out. Fully equipped kitchen. Recommended for a short stay in Cracow.

Cons: No air condition. Some furniture require renovation.

Excellent Apartment & great location

Pros: Location, communication , value for money, spacious apartment , very clean, little touches in the kitchen eg cloth, kitchen roll, sponge for dishes , washing up liquid, excellent

Cons: Only one small point… not a huge issue … only one small pillow on each bed ….

Pros: The apartment was clean and well equipped for what we needed for our 3 night stay. Clear instructions on how to access the main building door and apartment where provided. Excellent location to bars and restaurants. The bed was comfortable and the room was quiet with the occasional noise from the nearby train track. A fan would have been a nice addition to the apartment as it did get warm sometimes.

Pros: Great location, close to Kazimierz and Old town but away from the parties. The only noise comes from the train track but windows are good at keeping it out.
