Pros: Lovely characteristic decorations looking even better with the xmas vibe, clean room

Cons: The doors/walls are not sound proof to inside noise, there are quiet hour rules but it didn’t stop inconsiderate people clunking their suitcase on each step all the way downstairs at 2am

Exceptional Hotel and Staff

Pros: 10 Exceptional, location was perfect. The reception lady was super helpful on arrival with places to go, they had printed maps of the city for reference. The room (and hotel) were amazing, the decoration was quirky and beautiful. We had a sitting area , very large bedroom and bathroom with bath. If I had a couple of improvement suggestion. A full-length mirror, shower curtain, and better privacy at the balcony window, but I'm not going to mark down, as they were so minor. Oh, also, breakfast was very good too. 😊
