High Standard

Pros: Apartment is of a very high standard, with clear evidence the host has close attention to detail. You will get an amazing sleep here because it is quiet, there are blackout blinds for complete darkness, and the bed is top quality. Great stay for 8 nights, I always felt comfortable and well rested.

Darek with his service is the best we have ever encounterd when travelling and needing accommodation

Pros: The host Darek provided all the necessary information to get to the apartment smoothly and without delays. The apartment is in the fantastic location near the train station and shopping mall with everything you need. The place was the cleanest we have ever encountered, If anyone is in Kraków, I highly recommend Darek and his service,

The best place we have ever stayed at

Pros: First of all, we had all the amenities needed to keep everything clean during our one week stay. The washing machine, dishwasher, and vacuum cleaner were a big bonus. Second, the location was excellent - only 15-20 minutes to the town square by foot. Third, the parking spot in the very well preserved and clean underground space was big enough and near the elevator. Finally, the host was extremely kind, he welcomed us with all the necessary information for our stay (incl. professionally designed info materials). He made us laugh several times and checked in with us via the Booking chat if everything is okay and if we need anything a day after our arrival. All in all, this is the best place we have ever stayed at. Thank you very much and we hope to visit again soon!

Great

Pros: Great apartment: clean,well furnished and equipped, wonderful shower with great water pressure. There are blackout blinds on the windows that you can’t see on the pictures(for those who appreciate darkness in the room as same as we do). Located in a nice apartment complex with 24/7 security service. Hosts are attentive and responsive, and thank you again for letting us checking in earlier and checkout later with no problem. There even umbrellas are available in the apartment which was very convenient because it was raining when we arrived and we didn’t have one.

Cons: Although the place is perfect for short stay, for two weeks without proper cleaning done by housekeeping it is lacking cleaning tools availability. We had to buy speed mop(there was a mop but it was the kind that you have to squeeze with your hands) bleach for the toilet and take linen to laundry (which turned out to be very pricey in Poland) because there was no extra set of linen and towels in the apartment and washing machine with small capacity and no drying function. Also kettle was full of limescale and we had to clean it with citric acid before using. I know it’s not a hotel with daily cleaning but cleaning provided once a week for long term stay would be great because there is no fun in going on vacation and spending time and money on buying cleaning products that you will use only once or twice and doing the laundry

Modern apartment

Pros: Clean, modern and very well equipped apartment with the best shower ever! Darek, our host was friendly and helpful. Reasonably central location, 5 minutes walk to the train station, a few minutes to the closest tram stop and 15 minutes walk to the old town. Would definitely recommend this apartment!

Cons: It would be great to change the old router to modern model with 5Ghz frequencies support because there is high density of apartments causes radio interferences and extremely decrease speed of internet
