Premium in Novum City Center

Pros: The apartment is very clean; everything is new, modern, and ergonomic. It's very close to the old town, shops, restaurants, and a huge shopping center.

Pros: Very modern and clean with excellent facilities. Safe and welcoming environment. Easy 10 minute walk into centre.

Cons: Arriving after hours was a bit of a challenge. A simple map of gates/ reception/ lifts etc would help.

Comfortable air-conditioned apartment, stressful check-in

Pros: Nice quet location, balcony & view to peaceful inner courtyard, evening sun, air conditioning (3 indoor units for 3 rooms), spacious, clean bathrooms, parking in the garage & lift to the apartment. A big shopping center nearby and city center/old town not far. Tram stop to center in 200-300meters.

Cons: Check-in after office hours was stressful. The area is big with many apartment buildings and ecverything is behind gates, no possibility to park while trying to find out where to get the keys. There were instructions videos etc. but you really do not watch youtube videos (roaming fees!?) when you try to get in and find the reception. Person working there did not speak English so finding the right staircase (out of 20) was challenging. The remote control used for garage was in the apartment. So first you go to the apartment and pick the remote control, then go back to your car and try to find the door to the garage. After there manouvers you can start relaxing. I would appreciate a clear old-fashioned MAP, where there is clearly marked the gates, the reception, the staircase and the garage.

brilliant stay

Pros: very good location and comfy flat, clean and cosy

Cons: I struggled a little bit to find the flat. The address was 20J/128; however, the J is related to the building itself, not to the staircase. So the correct and precise address should be Street name 20, then building J, staircase (c), and flat number.

Great apartment

Pros: had everything we needed to relax and enjoy our trip

Cons: nice and quiet but a bit of a walk into main areas.

Pros: Great location near Railway station, spacious apartment

Cons: It wasn’t 100% clean, however it was good

Pros: Very new, had everything you needed and very quiet. Little shops around and within a 15min walk from the center. Perfect for a small family (playground right around the corner too)

Cons: One of the doors didn't stay close and getting the key and garage door opener was a bit complicated (need to go to the reception in the apartment complex but no space to park in front while getting the keys). But that's very minor

Pros: The apartment is beautiful and tidy. Complete kitchen appliances and can cooking like feeling at home. Near to Galeria Krakowska. Easy access to your transport i.e train, tram, and bus. Professional staff.

Cons: The key lock may have issue for first time. Double bed room - the mattress is super soft so you like easily fell to the side. Pillow is soft and my neck pain after use it. Maybe need to change the mattress and need good pillow.
