Lovely hotel, nice staff. The place is worth staying.

Pros: Location was convenient. The hotel was clean. Amenities were available.

Cons: There is no point in buying breakfast on the hotel as it was cheaper to go to the same restaurant and order food separately.

Highly recommend!

Pros: Great place to stay! The staff were incredibly helpful and welcoming throughout our visit. The location is perfect, with plenty of excellent restaurants nearby and very close to the meeting points for several walking tours. The rooms were wonderfully warm and cozy, which made a big difference during the winter. Having a dedicated area/terrace for smokers was also a big plus for part of our group - it was thoughtfully arranged and ensured everyone felt comfortable.

Perfect. Great location. Very comfortable.

Pros: Nice character property. Easy to find. We had a 2 bedroom apartment which was ideal for myself and my 21 year old son. Large and spacious. Well equipped bathroom with plenty of hot water. Much appreciated after being out in the freezing weather. Heating worked great. Slept really well and spare blankets a plenty. Great communication via messages. Very helpful with information. So many amazing restaurants, literally on the doorstep of this hotel. Wish we could have stayed longer to try them all out. Quiet area with a short walk to the castle and Old Town.

Fantastic spot in the centre of Kazimierz.

Pros: Central location, clean and warm rooms with comfortable beds. Ideal spot in the centre of Kazimierz, close to many restaurants and bars. Staff were helpful and room was spotless. Highly recommend.

Lovely stay in the Jewish quarter

Pros: Very easy check-in process (even though I forgot to message about arrival time, it was simply a code for the front and a lockbox at reception). Location is absolutely perfect! Krakow is a very walkable city but this is located just off the old Jewish quarter in Kazimierz. Plenty of food options nearby, trams nearby. Heads up - cobbled streets everywhere so dragging a wheelie bag can be a challenge! Seemed good value and clean! It was cleaned even when I didn't ask for the room to be cleaned!

A comfortable, convenient place to stay

Pros: Comfortable quiet room, a good shower, everything clean and well maintained. A fabulous buffet breakfast (included in the price) at a cafe round the corner.
