An amazing hotel in the heart of the old town
Pros: The hotel is great value for money. Lovely restaurants and cafes nearby. The cafe next to the hotel was amazing. Great breakfast and coffee. The room was serviced everyday with bottled water, towels and shower gels and shampoo. Beds freshly made. Very central to the main square in Krakow, around 15 minute walk from hotel. Lots of history in the jewish quarter. Bonus - it was near Duffys Irish bar .

Pros: We had a late check-in, and I got a message with code to enter a building and our room number and code, very easy. Clean room, every day was a fresh 2 bottles of water, tea, coffee, sugar and shower staff. The corkscrew was thoughtfully placed, which was a nice touch and much appreciated 😜👏
Cons: Great location, old town, lots a restaurants around. Only one thing, mattres was too soft, all the rest was perfect

Pros: We booked for two nights and was a very pleasant stay. The location is perfect - in the heart of Kazimierz. We walked around the city, visited the most important historical sites and enjoyed Christmas markets :)
Cons: Bad smell in the room, but nothing tragic

Great budget hotel
Pros: I booked a standard room and it was really spacious, the bathroom was of decent size, and the room had everything I needed. Everything was clean (the cleaning ladies were really friendly - I met them couple of times). They provided toiletries, bottled water, packets of tea and coffee and you have a small kettle. I did not know beforehand that it was a self check-in hotel, so I was a bit taken back at first, but once I arrived I realized that the process is actually smooth and easy. The location is great if you prefer to walk - it is right in the middle of Kraków's main attractions (Kazimierz is itself a fab area, but you can easily walk or take a tram to old town square, or Podgórze where the Schindler's factory is located).
Cons: The stairs are old and a bit worn out, so let them know if you have any mobility issues (there is no lift). I knew about this beforehand and they kindly provided a room on the lowest floor. Also keep in mind that this is a party area with lots of bars, so it can be loud out on the streets until late hours.
