A clean, and secure stay, with a lovely host - exceeded my expectations!
Pros: I thoroughly enjoyed the stay at this property. My main concern was cleanliness however, this property exceeded all my expectation. It was spotlessly clean, and we felt at home. The hostess was welcoming, and the property was fully equipped with everything we needed. The location of the apartment is in a secure neighbourhood and we felt safe arriving and leaving regardless of hours. I highly recommend this property, and if I return to Krakow, I know where I would like to stay! :)

A solid 9/10 overall, would recomand 100%
Pros: Very confortabile couch, YT premium, Netflix etc. Amazing host. We had everything from the host, slippers, toothpaste and toothbrushes, shower gel&shampoo, coffee, tea, sugar etc. And the terrace was an amazing addition to the apartment, very satisfied!
Cons: Very small bathroom, almost no room to stay on the toilet. No bug nets on the windows. The host does not speak english, but with google translate we managed to pull thru.

Pros: The apartment is very clean and looks pretty god. There are enough space for 4 and maybe even 5 people
Cons: There are several points that are stated in the stay rules/services that are not obvious: - There is no washing machine in the apartment, so long-term stays may be problematic (at least for me) - The staff does not speak English. Fortunately we had a guy who knows polish, so were able to make a conversion - Smoking in/near the apartment is a bit problematic, only 1 specific spot in the corner is allowed - There is a 300pln deposit. It is still stated in the rules, so it is partially our fault to not be prepared, but it doesn't seem to be on the first page and it is not obvious. Also cash is required. We were able to make it 50eur, so that we do not leave with pln which we cannot use, but the banknote, which was returned, turned out to be old and wrinkled, unlike the new one, which was given as a deposit.

Polecam kwaterę spokojnym turystom, ceniącym ciszę i spokój :)
Pros: Cisza, spokój, czysto, ciepło, blisko przystanku autobusowego, niedaleko Biedronka, czyli wszystko czego można potrzebować, kiedy przyjeżdża się do Krakowa w celach szkoleniowych/ turystycznych i chce się złapać dobrą bazę na kolejny dzień :)

Pros: Pobyt w Premium Terrace Apartment był fantastyczny! Świetny kontakt z właścicielką – miła, pomocna i zawsze dostępna. Apartament bardzo komfortowy, czysty, z pięknym tarasem. Lokalizacja spokojna, a jednocześnie blisko centrum. Idealne miejsce na pobyt w Krakowie. Przy kolejnej wizycie w Krakowie na pewno tu wrócę. Polecam !

Очень уютные апартаменты!
Pros: Отличные, шикарные апартаменты в частном секторе. Чисто, уютно, как дома. Личная терраса, где утром приятно пить кофе на солнце. Тв-смарт, кондиционер, все кухонные принадлежности имеются. Очень гостеприимная хозяйка! Имеется бесплатная парковка.

Pros: Apartmán velmi dobře vybavený. Příjemná hostitelka. Pěkná terasa. Klidná lokalita. Možnost nákupu v blízké samoobsluze. Spojení do centra dobré.
Cons: Hluk z apartmánu nad námi. Poslední noc přijela rodina s dětmi. Dupání, rány a posouvání nábytku bylo velmi nepříjemné. Ráno budíček v 6:15. Ale noční klid byl dodržen.
