Pros: Very nice hotel with a great location if you are planning to go hiking. Great relaxing zone like a swimming pool, 4 sauna, and an outside jacuzzi, especially after a long day hiking. The staff was very nice and helpful. Very tasty breakfast with lots of choices.

We have really enjoyed the stay.

Pros: Good food with plenty of choice. Very friendly stuff. Good location.

Cons: We wish to get more introduction about the hotel facility upon arrival. We haven't got that info so we had to find out about it ourselves. The same applies to the restaurant. It would be nice to have an introduction, at least on the first day.

The best hotel with super friendly staff.

Pros: Excellent service, lovely restaurant, saunarium just great. We have a wonderful experience here. Every staff member we encountered was delightful and eager to help.

Cons: Not good enough sound insulation between rooms. We heard everything from adjacent room.
