We celebrated my partners 23rd birthday and it was better than we expected. A beautiful quiet location and gorgeous hote

Pros: The location, the food, the staff, cleanliness, spa facilities.

Cons: The pool was slightly cooler than expected

Cons: Very expensive wines, whitout more affordable offers.

Amazing facilities, lovely staff however it is quite rural better for a get away than a city break.

Pros: Facilities wise, its incredible. Spa, bowling alley, swimming pool, sauna & steam, massage services. The dinner menu is fantastic. Staff are friendly and helpful. The place is clean and its also aesthetically pleasing. My room was nice as-well.

Cons: The breakfast is rubbish, not many savoury options it’s mainly meat & fruit. Cereals were stale and tasteless, scrambled eggs were a bit soggy. It’s also not near anything at all so you need to be driving or budget for taxi’s to and from each day.

Amazing place for relaxation

Pros: Location is amazing, and the facilities are so good for relaxation. Parking is available around for free.

Cons: Breakfast was normal and limited

A nice change from staying in Krakow

Pros: Excellent staff, good spa facilities free to overnighters - we were allowed to use the spa until the middle of the afternoon

Cons: Hard to get to by public transport - we had a hard time getting there from Wadowice station. We booked a minibus with Booking.com for the return to Krakow airport and that worked very well.

Nice staying worth money

Pros: The stuff was very nice and polite, everything was clean and organized. Enough partikg lots and easy to find.

Cons: The food was not as tasty. The vreakfat was ok, we prefered dinner outside of the hotel after first dinner. Water in pool was a bit too cold

Pros: A beautiful, pet-friendly hotel, tastefully designed with great attention to detail. From the moment we arrived we felt truly welcomed. The facilities were excellent, the staff exceptionally friendly and helpful, and the wide variety of breakfast options was a delight — especially the fresh juice you can make yourself in the morning, such a lovely touch. We stayed for two nights, rested wonderfully, and also enjoyed some of the spa treatments, which I can highly recommend. We left relaxed and happy, and we’ll definitely be coming back!

Hotel built with love w amazing spa and surrounding. Perfect!!!

Pros: The hotel itself is amazing , the room was fab and I felt it was built with love. It really had a “soul “ The spa is perfect and so as the breakfast Location too and literally everything this hotel is truly lovely

Cons: Nothing like this

Pros: The staff was superb. Breakfast was varied and very tasty, the food on the restaurant's menu was delicious, and the check-in/check-out process was easygoing and smooth.

Cons: The water in the jacuzzi could be warmer, and the double bed was a bit narrow and soft.

Pros: The building is truly impressive. I especially love the second floor of the main building—it feels like a jungle! Well maintained SPA with 12 m pool.

Cons: Upon arrival, if you are based in the SPA building and it’s your first visit, it may take some time to find your way around. The restaurant offers a great selection of breakfast foods, though I would suggest improvements to the à la carte menu. The SPA would be more relaxing if the music served as a subtle background rather than being too prominent. Additionally, while it’s December, not all Christmas music is ideal for creating a relaxing atmosphere.
