Between great and wonderful.

Pros: Convenient location. Close to various attractions by car. Very kind staff. Comfortable, clean rooms. Great selection of food for breakfast. Very good hotel restaurant. We had a good stay with 2 adults and 2 children. Thank you.

Cons: Central air conditioning. The possibility of changing the air conditioning in the room was missing.

Pros: quite big rooms and bathrooms. good location for those, who loves quietness and peace, but away from city. reach breakfast. 95% of guests are Energylandia visitors with kids.

All ok for 2 nights stay.

Pros: A nice and quiet hotel close to Energylandia Park, offering a very good alternative to the expensive places nearby. It's about a 15-minute drive by car and also close to the Oświęcim Memorial and Museum. The hotel is situated on top of a hill, offering lovely views. The breakfast was reasonable, and there were no problems with parking during our stay.

Waking up with birds singing

Pros: Very clean, big room, nice shower gel, view from balcony! Great breakfast selection (minus coffee)

Cons: Coffee at breakfast - they have a coffee machine which looks like your cup will be freshly grind beans. Unfortunately it wasn’t grind and it tasted awful. Couldn’t drink it. Had one of the herbal teas instead.

Pros: We are a family of four and were in Radocza on a quick get away in April. Yet another time we enjoyed everything and are sending compliments to wonderful staff working there

Pros: All staff were very friendly and professional. Especially ladies @ reception.l (incl. Night shift). Swimming pool, jacuzzi and the kids zone as well as the outdoors were great and our kids loved it. Breakfast was great too, hence compliments to the restaurant and kitchen staff. One improvement however is necessary and this is placing of kettles with coffee and tea bags sets inside the rooms (3* section) which would have made those liking having coffee in their beds very happy. Overall, a really good experience and we look forward to returning.

Cons: Would have been great if water temperature in the pool as well as jacuzzi could go some 2 Celsius up. Equally, wet sauna could be hotter and door seal as well as the hinges need looking at.

Pros: I really liked the Hotel, the structure and the service.

Cons: I would just like to add, as I was with my family, my two young children, I thought the toy room should have more equipment, more games, more toys for the children. My children said they had almost nothing and left the room within minutes. Due to the rainy weather, we were unable to use the outdoor playground. Another think that the water in the pool was cold and practically everyone wanted to get into the jacuzzi, the problem is that there was only one and it was difficult to wait with the children for someone to free up a seat. If the pool water was warmer, we wouldn't have any problems.

A great place to stay

Pros: This hotel was a really nice surprise during our trip. Our room was spacious, with a balcony. We especially enjoyed the swimming pool with a steam bath. It was fun to play bowling (there is a bit minimised version in the hotel) and pool. Food in the restaurant was really good and for a really fair prices. Breakfast - outstanding.

Cons: Decor of the hotel is a bit outdated. The mattresses in the beds are worn out and not comfortable.

Pros: Although the hotel is on a hill in the middle of nowhere it provides wide range of activities, indoor and outdoor. The swimming pool with jetstream is great, jacuzzi and steam sauna are nice add-ons. The gym is a bit outdated but enough for an easy exercise. The restaurant offers really great meals, we had soups, pasta, burgers, desserts, all delicious. Breakfast very tasty and sufficient. We stayed in a suite, adequately equipped, not too modern but fine to stay with a family. Staff speaks moderate English and all are very polite and willing to help. Prices are adequate. Energylandia just 15 minute drive. Surely coming back soon.

Highly recommended.Definitely will be back again.

Cons: Communication in the Main Reception could do with a bit of improvement.I don’t think they do the best handover of the shift.Took three receptionist to get the fan in the room.It took literally 5 minutes for the last Receptionist to organise it, so it’s not so complicated.She was very much on it.
