A clean hotel with a well-kept territory, good food, and decent rooms, but poor coordination between staff, lack of clea

Pros: The hotel grounds are well maintained and very clean. Good breakfast selection, and the on-site restaurant is definitely a plus. Plenty of activities available, so it’s easy to keep yourself entertained without leaving the property. The room was comfortable, well equipped, and met expectations.

Cons: The staff’s work feels poorly coordinated. For example, it’s not possible to reserve a restaurant table at the reception, and even while standing at the spa reception in a bathrobe, you can’t book a bowling lane there. There is a clear lack of basic information for guests - no simple map or centralized guidance. The bowling lanes are in poor condition and clearly worn out. Each facility has its own schedule, which varies significantly and is very inconvenient, especially given the lack of clear information. Soundproofing in the rooms is weak.

Value for money !

Pros: Breakfast, room, location, restaurant, staff were super! Highly recommended and will surely visit again!

Great facility for not too much money

Pros: Great facilities for walking locally, bar meals were well priced, staff were attentive. Pool and spa weren’t crowded during our stay.

Pros: Very beautiful, modern! Great breakfast!!! It is better to check in earlier to try pools.

Pros: Very tidy, clean well kept hotel. Super comfortable beds. Private parking. Really great breakfast.

Cons: We encountered a very rood behaviour towards us from the restaurant staff. Don’t want to go to into details much. But they were racist and obviously really annoyed by foreigners. In the bar was everything fine, really friendly and nice staff. As well a note the swimming pool is not private for hotel guests is open to public so it gets extremely crowded on the hot days.

A fantastic hotel and resort close to Bielsko - lots to do for kids and grandparents alike! Wonderful facilities and fan

Pros: Fantastic facilities! Lots to do for a family with three generations represented. The pools, the salt cave, the bowling, the kayaks and paddle boats, just awesome. Also, incredibly professional and lovely service from all staff, including breakfast and restaurant teams.

Cons: Although the rooms had beautiful bathrooms, the shower heads could have done with being able to be put up with water running down onto the person showering, instead of always having to be held - peculiar for such a high standard of a hotel, we found.

Excellent location near lake.

Pros: Great view, excellent for a morning run/walk around the lake. Facilities are excellent.

Cons: There is a bar area, nice, but can also be a bit noisy (only if you are outside).

Pros: Great hotel for this area,not much to do outside hotel

Cons: Hotel residents have to pay for deck chairs for pool,it's not about the money,would be nice touch
