Great clean property near sites of krakow

Pros: Great clean and modern decor with ideal location to visit main sites of krakow

Cons: Strange drunk man wandered in after us at night into the property block. Although reception manned it didn’t feel 100 percent safe at night with some of the locals

Pros: I had a wonderful experience staying at this hotel and would happily recommend it to anyone. From the moment I arrived, the staff made me feel very welcome. Everyone was incredibly kind, professional, and always willing to help with any questions or requests, which really made a difference during my stay. One of the highlights was definitely the breakfast. There was a great selection of food every morning, with fresh, high-quality ingredients and plenty of options to suit different tastes. Everything was well prepared and delicious, making it a perfect start to the day. The room itself was spotless, well organized, and very comfortable. Housekeeping did an excellent job maintaining cleanliness, and the bed was cozy, which ensured a good night’s sleep. The overall atmosphere of the room was calm and relaxing, making it easy to unwind after a long day.

A great value, friendly hotel

Pros: Very friendly staff. Glass of champagne on arrival as it was new year. Clean and modern. Quiet. About a mile from old town so walkable.

Cons: The only minor issue was that the safe didn’t work. We reported it on first day and they said they’d fix it but it wasn’t fixed
