Pros: Good value for money. Manager really tries her best to help and still make your stay better. Breakfast is tasty

Pros: An interestingly designed room, our children loved the bed upstairs, above the bathroom. There are public transport stops nearby for various directions. It is about a 20-minute walk to the square. Great breakfast, choose from 3 options. Large portions, especially for sweet breakfasts.

Cons: We had a room right next to the road, which was fine, there was no street noise. We were more bothered by the street lighting, which illuminated the room a lot. I would recommend blackout curtains. Parking was a bit confusing, we were instructed to park right behind the bus stop. But I would also add that after the traffic lights, stay in the bus lane and don't be afraid to turn right even if there are people standing at the bus stop. It's a big metal gate.

Pros: What a find! It was above my expectations! Location was awesome, room was great even the little extras….slippers, water etc!

Pros: Really cozy place. Room was very clean and modern. Staff was really friendly and helpful. Tasty and good size breakfast with 3 choices. Easy to reach an old town. I recommend this place.

Pros: Staff were very accommodating, nothing was too much trouble. Very good communication, room was lovely and clean. Perfect place for a base to explore Krakow for a few days.

Cons: Parking. It is written in description, there is private parking. We've got a message in the afternoon that there are no more spaces available.

Lovely find as short notice and totally saved our trip to krakow from beibg ruined.

Pros: Booked this property after originally booking another apartment closer to the main square. We booked at 12am and got confirmation straight away that we had been accepted. The next morning I asked if our room could be ready as early as possible to which they did and by 10.30am we had phone call to say it was ready. The room was small but the use of space is great with 2 large double beds. Chocolates on the pillows were a lovely touch. There was tea and coffee making facilities but it would have been nice to have a small fridge for milk. The room is very clean and modern. There is a communal balcony on each floor which we made use of each morning and evening. The reception area looks welcoming and smelled nice. The lady on reception was really helpful and helped us find out which bus we needed the next day.

Cons: There was nothing to dislike. Just a suggestion of a small fridge for milk or possibly provide some small cartons of UHT milk.

Great Stay

Pros: We had a wonderful stay at this property. It’s in a great location, very clean. They kindly allowed us to check in late and even kept our luggage after check-out so we could enjoy the city without carrying it around before our evening flight. The gentleman who helped us was very polite, kind, and always ready to assist us right away. The beds were comfortable, and overall we felt very welcome and well taken care of.

Cons: The only minor downsides were that the loft-style bed didn’t have a power outlet nearby, and there was no elevator in the building. However, these small inconveniences didn’t take away from our overall great experience. We would gladly stay here again!

Pros: Colourfull furniture. Good location, and tasty breakfast.
