Pros: The hotel is very nice and cosy The breakfast is very good. We arrived at 12 o'clock but unfortunately our room was not ready, because it’s earlier that the time of check-in, we lost our baggage and we went to the city. The old city is a 20 minutes walk away.

Cons: The faucet in the sink in the bathroom is leaking. The bad is not confortable. Check-in at 15 o'clock it's late.

Loved the hotel overall. Good location 10-15 min walk to main square

Pros: The hotel was lovely and rooms very spacious. Plenty of choice at breakfast.

Cons: The sound proofing between rooms was not very good. You could hear everything people were saying in rooms around and above yours. Would have been nice if you could buy a drink in the evening but no bar.

Pros: Was absolutely stunning place to stay. Rooms spacious so clean and tidy essentials in room if need them. Breakfast was amazing the place was faultless would so recommend and defo will be returning

Pros: Wonderful hotel! Stylish and cozy, with staff who are always friendly and welcoming. The location is excellent, and the breakfast is quite good. The room was a bit chilly, but all the other advantages more than make up for it💛

Pros: Well located hotel. Friendly and helpful staff. The hotel is very clean. Good choice of homemade items for breakfast. I highly recommend this hotel.

Cons: Mattress was a bit uncomfortable.

Pros: We loved our stay, beautiful hotel, very clean, modern and comfortable! Good breakfast. Would highly recommend!

Cons: The only issue was the walls are quite thin, we struggled to sleep one of our nights because people in another room were being loud.

Pros: The staff were very helpful, and the property is centrally located, close to the old town. We stayed for only one night, but if I were to return, I would definitely recommend it. The room was clean, and the breakfast offered a good selection.

Cons: The mattress was very uncomfortable. The double bed consisted of two separate mattresses, and the gap in the middle made it particularly uncomfortable.

Charming and friendly hotel within a short walk of the Old Town

Pros: The building was charming and unusual, including the veranda style passage that led to our room . Our room was spotlessly clean and excellent value for money. Staff were helpful and friendly. Breakfast was delicious and had a nice variety of Polish as well as standard dishes.

Pros: Art & Garden Residence is a cozy boutique hotel close to Krakow city center. Well equipped, clean with included very good breakfast in very affordable price. The best recommendations.

Cons: The interior is a bit overloaded with artificial, cheap trinkets. I would like more aesthetic cleanliness.
