Quiet, elegant and well equipped apartment ideal for exploring Krakow

Pros: Cosy and very well equipped apartment in a very quiet road an easy walk from the centre. Lots of good local bars, breakfast places and restaurants. Great breakfast at nearby cafe. Easy check in and out. Very handy for the airport. We didn't see the staff but they were incredibly helpful and responsive by WhatsApp.

Pros: Anna was excellent throughout our stay. Lots of great recommendations on food, tours etc. The apartments are in a fantastic location. 5 minute stroll to the middle of Old Town. The apartment itself was ,warm,clean and modern with great facilities. If ever in Krakow again , I will 100% stay here.

A perfect base for sightseeing and very stylish interior and comfortable beds in a very quiet location

Pros: It was in a perfect location just 10 minutes walk to the main square the staff couldn’t do enough for you

Amazing Crystal Suites Old Town

Pros: The Apartment we had (No4) was perfect, it had everything you could possibly need, so much space, a nice seating area, well equiped kitchen, it also had a lovely balcony where you could people watch whilst having a drink. I must say Anna the Manager was really helpful, she arranged all our taxi transfers to/from airport, gave us a street map & recommended places to visit, on departure she offered us a room to store our luggage. Anna really made us feel like it was a home from home stay, she was amazing, thankyou! The old town is only a 10min walk, the Jewish Quarter about 20mins, or you could get a tram or taxi ( taxi's are very cheap). I downloaded the Bolt app, and got a taxi to Jewish Q for about £2! We will DEFINATELY be back, hopefully next April. Many Thanks Dean & Vanessa Martin

A wonderful apartment - we wouldn’t hesitate in recommending to others.

Pros: Amazing breakfast at the Fable cafe. The apartment was very well thought out - so clean and such comfortable beds.

Cons: Perhaps some space to hang clothes would be helpful.

Pros: The property was in a perfect location for our trip to Krakow. We were in the first floor front apartment with balcony of a beautiful historic building. Extremely well appointed, very clean, well prepared and very welcoming. The beds were super comfy & the shower was hot and powerful perfect

Cons: There was nothing at we didn’t like about the property, we feel very lucky that we chose it and that there was availability! Staying at Crystal Suites added hugely to the success of our Krakow trip

Fabulous stay!!!

Pros: Beautiful and comfortable apartment with all amenities. Super friendly host Anna, who gave us plenty of tips and was always ready to answer any questions. Communication via WhatsApp was informal, warm, and always quick. The location is perfect – everything within walking distance! Just around the corner we enjoyed a delicious Polish à la carte breakfast – a special and very tasty experience. Highly recommended for a pleasant exploration of Krakow! Hanne & Ann

Quiet, perfectly located, elegant gem

Pros: Perfect location. Quiet and conveniently located to old town and metro stop and a beautiful new park at the end of the street. The suites are graceful and very tastefully decorated. Very comfortable. This is our second stay at the Crystal suites and we were just as impressed on our second visit.
