Pros: Clean, very functional apartment with everything for cooking and generally having a good time either with family or just couple

Cons: The staff struggled with English, some misunderstandings may have occurred

Fabulous place

Pros: Absolutely Superb set up so much kit, shop on premises & great resteraunt, staff great and was an absolutely fabulous place to stay.

Cons: The ice around the premises was not taken care off and nearly fell three times, breakfast should start at 0600 for me

Relaxing and fun.

Pros: Breakfast was normal, good. The location was okay for me. It was easy to get around. The hotel is beautiful, staff were all helpful and kind. There is a supermarket on site, which is great. I will definitely be staying again in the summer so I can explore a bit more.

Pros: The hotel looks very good, the rooms are spacious, and the staff helped us with every request we had. The location is far from the center, so you will need a car/taxi or use public transportation to get to the city's tourist attractions. The accommodation includes breakfast, which, unfortunately, is the same every day. There could be a more varied range of products. But, overall, the hotel gave us a nice experience. I recommend staying in this hotel.

Pros: The staff responded to my messages quickly and professionally. The facilities are very clean and the appartement is very good

Cons: The distance from the airport and center, but with and Uber the issue is solved. Please put a sign to indicate that you need to go on the left of the main door to ring the reception in the late arrivals, I had to call the reception but orhers may not be able to call

Pros: The best place to spend time if you’re looking for an accommodation.

Change the reception staff or train the existing ones.

Pros: The hotel is new and very clean. It has absolutely everything for a short or longer stay. The room has an equipped kitchen, a large TV, a washing machine, and a dishwasher. An excellent large shower, cozy children's playroom.

Cons: The staff is extremely unprofessional, rude, and unmotivated. When you ask for help at reception, you'll most likely be refused. Their English is poor. They don't smile. The elevator was broken, and no one helped us with our suitcases up the stairs to the lobby. We booked two rooms. They gave us one room exactly at 3:00 PM, not a minute earlier. I had to go down three times to get the keys to the second room myself, even though they promised to call and bring them up. But in the end, an hour and a half late, I went down myself and asked for the room key again. No one at reception will help you call a taxi. When we asked, they just shrugged. In the end, we almost missed our flight.

Pros: It's a new and very clean aparthotel with modern large, well-furnished rooms and a fancy shower. Breakfast was really tasty. And the location almost outside Krakow fitted us perfectly. We loved the chance to stay with a dog - that is a huge advantage. We enjoyed our stay and will definitely return again.

Cons: Since the room has kitchen, it will be beneficial to add salt, pepper, some more basic cutlery. Hotel slippers will also be good to have.

Pros: Everything was modern and clean. The room was very comfortable, and the breakfast was satisfying.

Cons: The staff in the breakfast area could have been friendlier, and there was an issue with the paid parking garage. The system didn’t allow us to exit immediately, so we had to wait on the steep exit ramp, which was inconvenient.
