Pros: We like apartment a lot. It is in a good location. The parking space is in the same building and it is very convenient.

Very good spot to stay in Krakow

Pros: The apartment is in very convenient location just few steps from the Old town and big shopping mall. It is very well equipped with everything necessary for a city break. We will definitely come back.

Cons: The deposit is required and is released after a stay. Checking in instructions are a bit unclear from the beginning, as apartment is located in a big complex consisting of several blocks.

Very central, safe and quiet, great for families with kids

Pros: The personnel at the reception was extremaly friendly and supportive at any time, they accommodated our extra wishes of an early check in and late check out, the communication was very smooth. The apartment itself had all the necessities for families with kids. We were also welcomed with tea and coffee which is a warm treat.

Cons: There is nothing to complain about, it is a great value for money.

Pros: Perfect and safe location, quite easy to find. Clean, modern apartment. Comfortable bed, comfortable seater sofa, really nice set of pillows. Quite spacious given it was one-bed apartment. Very quiet and warm. I had a dental procedure so I spent most of my time inside and it felt really enjoyable. I really liked that there was no physical key in case I'd forget it or lose it. Great stay for good money

Pros: Location, staff availability, staff very helpful, very clean and near to city centre

Pros: The bedroom bed mattress was excellent. Location is good, about 5min from large shopping center Galleria and railway station. Bus and tram stops nearby. A small park nearby, Botanical garden nearby. 15 minutes walk to Old Town square. Restaurants nearby. Easy access without keys. Good guidelines to first time arrival. Good central heating. Lots of space and open shelves in the bathroom to put your staff on, that is quite often problematic in other places. Working kitchen appliances. Spot on clean. Bedroom had a romantic colour lightning on the wall. A balcony to the backyard to drink coffee or tea in summer mornings.

Cons: Trams on the street make some noise almost 24/7 - its a city, at first we needed to get used to it. There are no towel racks in the bathroom, i would install at least 3. One ceiling lightning with a soft light in the living room worked only for a few minutes and then turned off automatically, like it was on timer - I don't like strong lights, so i missed it a bit but there were fortunately other options to use. Sometimes can hear neighbours, specifically if you sleep on the living room sofa.

Pros: Very clean, great location — just a few hundred meters from the Old Town, comfortable apartment with good design, fully equipped kitchen (A cutting board for vegetables and bread would have been very helpful). Friendly staff. We arrived early in the morning and were kindly allowed to leave our luggage with the receptionist. Highly recommended.

Pros: Great view, clean, well set out, very good location, great communication. It was perfect for our stay in Krakow, a short walk into the old town which was perfect for us.
