Pros: We have stayed in these apartments more than once. Great location, parking available, and everything you need for a comfortable stay in Krakow.

Cons: The water in the shower was not very comfortable for showering; it was quite cool

Clean and spacious but worn out

Pros: It was very clean and spacious. Nice staff, friendly.

Cons: The property is much more worn out than we expected, the windows were difficult to open and all the window blinds were broken so we could not pull them up. Also the hot water in the shower was slow, it only got really warm after 5-7 minutes of showering.

Pros: The place and the amenities were excellent, located very close to the central station. I highly recommend it!

Cons: Bice's environment and comfort are very important, and it’s wonderful to know there was a kitchen, a very nice bedroom.

I would be happy to stay here again, everything we wanted, and for a reasonable price.

Pros: The location was great, right in between the Old Town and the railway station within easy walking distance. It was also very quiet away from any busy roads, with a nice secure play area for children. The apartment itself was very large, stylish, comfortable and with all the facilities we needed.

Cons: The bedroom was a little warm with the underfloor heating and we couldn't work out how to reduce the temperature. The cobbled streets get very icy and slippery in the cold so please take care!

Pros: The apartment is very well located, close to the city center with plenty of bars, restaurants, and attractions within walking distance. It was clean, modern, and situated in a nice, new building, which made the stay comfortable overall.

Cons: The temperature inside the apartment was quite cold, and in the evenings the water was not consistently hot. With these issues improved, it would be an excellent place to stay in Kraków.

Pros: Really good location to the main square was only a 15 minute walk. The apartment was a nice size and very warm, which was perfect Whe visiting in winter.

Cons: The sofa bed was uncomfortable but not the end of the world.

LovedKrakow and the apartment complimented the amazing time we had in Poland.

Pros: Apartment quite well located to Galleria shopping centre. Approximately 10 minute walk to Old Town Square. Apartment complex was modern and clearly quite new. Good sized kitchen, washing machine was good. Good size with plenty of space for us as a couple with teenage daughter.

Cons: Microwave would have been helpful. Along with a dryer which also would have been really helpful. Bit of a trek from reception to your respective room across cobblestone paved paths.
