Great location and value for money.

Pros: Location was very close to the central station and the space of the apartment was very good.

Cons: There are unfortunately no elevators, so you need to carry your luggage.

Pros: Great location, spacious, warm and clean. 24h reception. Staff were responsive and attentive.

Station Apart Hotel

Pros: Staff were impeccable with my aunty who needed a lot of help with mobility scooter ..staff went over and beyond helping her every day..very friendly and relaxed atmosphere..this is the 2nd time within 10 years we have stayed in this beautiful.hotel...its a shame more hasnt been done to show off the hotels beautiful features and paint it and varnish the staircase etc because its such a lovely building..and i will gladly be coming back this year ti stay again..excellent location for train bus and huge shopping mall

Cons: The only thing really was that unfortunately its not good for disabled access no rails by steps leading out onto the courtyard and into the other door to get to the rooms but other than that all was good

Pros: Extremely walkable, <1min walk to Krakow Glowny station and grocery store Biedronka. The room was actually an apartment, which included a room for a dining table. Ceiling was high and heating was good.

Cons: The floor was not swept properly, there were sesame seeds from the floor from the previous guest. There was no hair dryer.

Best value for money hotel in Krakow

Pros: Everything’s perfect (location, staff, cleanliness, room size, luggage storage). Special mention goes to the young man working at the reception at night: extremely kind and helpful, he assisted us and recommended some places to eat in Krakow.

Definitely worth your money.

Pros: Affordable price friendly staff and close to everything. Central bus station, train station, city centre, Mall, restaurants, bus stops and specially close to Zakab (my favorite store 😊)

Cons: No lift but its okay it adds up to old type of apartel. But aside from that its perfect. Spacious bedroom with kitchenette equipped with e-kettle, plates and cutlery.

Perfect location for a traveller using public transport.

Pros: Location was perfect for the railway station, and also within easy walking distance to the old town nightlife.

Pros: Great spot only 2 minutes walk from the bus and train station at a reasonable price, ideal if you are in transit.

Cons: Breakfast can only be preordered days before. This should be mentioned at booking with the possibility to do so.

Good location for transport hub and for short stays as single traveler

Pros: Very good location if need to use bus or train station, also not far to center of town. Bathroom was nice size with towel heater and good shower. Wifi worked fine. For short stays it's good place to stay. Nothing fancy but useful and clean.

Cons: I felt the bed to be too soft for my liking. I also would have prefered stronger lights in the bedroom.

Excellent location, lovely staff, comfortable, warm and clean.

Pros: The location was excellent, the hotel was clean, warm and facilities exactly what we expected. The beds were very comfortable. The staff very very helpful and polite. One lovely member of staff noticed that my daughter and I used to tea and coffee facilities a lot so gave us own kettle and tea and cups which I thought was very kind and a really lovely gesture. Check in and out easy and again could not fault the location to access to trains, old town and other sights all in walking distance in this beautiful city. Excursions booked also picked us up from the hotel and the whole experience was fabulous.I would definitely recommend and I would visit again.
