Easy check-in, beautifull apartment and a nice part of Krakau.

Pros: The property was clean, modern and had everything you needed. There was also free parking, which was very nice.

Cons: The sleeping room got really hot and the air conditioning was placed in the living room, so there was not really a good way to cool the sleeping room. So it would have been nice to have a fan or something to keep it somewhat cooler during the night.

New, clean, spacious, pretty and comfortable apartment.

Pros: Clean, new and spacious apartment for a family of four adults, with comfortable beds, nice shower and minimal design. Close to bus terminal (old city center destination 20-30 minutes by bus), although the city center can also be easily and economically (for a family of four adults) approached by taxi online service. Fenced private parking area, although Krakow is a very safe city. Exactly as shown in photos. In addition, practical blinds on windows are installed. Extras: Nescafe coffee and tea sackets available in the kitchen and shower gel/shampoo in the shower. Nice coffee place on ground floor with great breakfast menu. Convenience store on the opposite side of the road.

Cons: Minor detail: Not adequate quantity of toilet paper stored in the bathroom. Luckily, we met the cleaning lady who gave as some additional rolls.

Pros: The apartment was clean, the enterior is really nice. We got all the information we needed in advance, didn't have any problems with checking in or out. The parking is easy, you don't have to struggle with it. The location is really good: a local bus station (Azory) is a 3 min walk from the apartment, you can get to the centre in 20-30 mins with a lot of buses. Also there's an Aldi at a 5 min walk and a tiny grocery store in front of the building. All in all, we really liked our stay.

Cons: The only minus were the single beds: they were too narrow to our liking.

Pros: Our family had a very nice stop-over to rest there. The building was easy to access by car, and instructions for self-checkin detailed and clear. The apartment was clean, the kitchen was well-equipped, and the bathroom was nice. There is little public playground nearby for the kids, and Aldi is also just a few minutes' walk. I especially liked the attentive customer service, fluffy blankets, comfortable beds, and shower with hot water and good water pressure. Also, the baby crib was nice and mattress and bedding in accordance with safe sleep standards. There's also a nice cafe with kids' play corner, good coffee, and friendly staff downstairs.

Pros: The apartment is very comfortable, clean and beautiful. Communication was clear and effective at all times. We would definitely return.
