Amber Hostel Szlak

Pros: I was planning to stay alone, but on the day of my arrival my partner joined me. The hostel kindly allowed us to stay together. Thank you very much once again! That’s the third time when I stay in the hostel. It’s great value for money!

First timer to Krakow

Pros: The safety of the accommodation and the location. I like that it was stated if the guest has visitors they are to leave by 10pm. The place is quiet, which is very conducive and feels safe for a solo woman traveller

Cons: The creak sounds when the doors are open and close

Pros: location, Kithenware, heatng everything were great ..but the bathroom was 5 star

Good place to stay

Pros: I was arriving at 11pm and leaving 3am to the airport. I received clear instructions on how to access my room and had no problems at all with arriving late and leaving early. Room was clean and tidy. Shared bathroom was exceptionally equipped, clean and hygienic. Heater was working well.

Cons: The bed was small, but the bigger issue was the poorly fitted mattress, which kept sliding to the side.

Pros: Clean room. The location is good for travelers. There is a small kitchen with tea, coffee, and pottery available.

Cons: Most of the light bulbs of the room's chandelier were burnt, so the lighting was pretty dim.

Cons: The check in instructions I received were incomplete, with room number missing and the numbers on the locks hard to see in the night.

Pros: Good location and price; kitchen seemed well-equipped though I didn't use it.

Pros: This hotel has very comfortable location, especially if you need to be at the airport or railway station at deep night. The sight from the window is just amazing especially at evening time. The room as well as bathroom are clean, all furniture is new. Thank you for perfect time in your hostel

A beautiful place to stay in Krakow.

Pros: Despite having received instructions to enter the building, some of the information was not received complete and it was a little difficult at first attempt to find the correct apartment. Once the problem was solved, I found a clean, bright, tidy room and a balcony with a nice view of the city. The apartment is really very well maintained, with an impeccable shared bathroom and a small kitchen with everything you need. The location is perfect, close to the train station, there are buses and taxis, restaurants and even a shopping mall just a few steps away.

Cons: I would suggest placing a big visible list with basic rules of coexistence at the entrance and not only inside of the rooms. It is not acceptable that at 3 am, some guests (perhaps drunk) start talking at full volume, shout on the balcony, laugh loud, smoke, walk noisily through the common spaces and play in the bathroom as if no one else was at the hostel facilities. Impossible to go back to sleep!

Pros: Everything, because this my favourite property in Kraków, and I'm always come back there.
