7 HEAVEN Elegant Rooms KRAKÓW Old Town

Pros: Everything was ok, around 7,5/10. Good overall

Pros: The roon was very pretty. The location is very good, it's close to everything and the check-in process was very easy. It's also a quiet area and we were not bothered by any loud noises at night. The room was warm, we had warm water in the shower all the time. If we're back in Krakow, we'll book again for sure.

Cons: It's not a inconvenience for me but the bed was a bit too soft for my boyfriend and his back hurts a little :)). Me, personally, I enjoy softee mattresses but I think is worth mentioning for people who don't. Could use a microwave oven and a sponge to wash the dishes.

Very comfortable room in a great location

Pros: Great location, easy self-check in with very detailed and clear instructions. Room was very clean, comfortable and very warm which was amazing to come to after freezing conditions outside

Cons: Everything was great

Pros: The location was perfect - very close to the centre. The room was clean, cozy, the bed was comfortable. There was tea and coffee, and a jug for heating water, which was a nice touch. There was also a refrigerator.

Cons: Nothing :)

Krakow markets

Pros: Loads of hot water. Bathroom heater red hot. Comfy bed. Nice to have hopping board and cutlery. Great fridge.

Cons: Couldn't sus the safe. Could do with better instructions. Couldn't connect to Internet but worked on tv as we were watching you tube with no buffering.

The room was sensation

Pros: Location was next to old town centre and on the main road down from the main train station

Cons: It was a building site in the foyer and builders wedged the main door way to the building open for their convenience which was annoying for general safety reasons. The shower water was over spilling into the bedroom area. The carpet was soaking wet when we arrived and we sacrificed a couple of our towels to make do!

Chic and convienently located apartments, a good base to explore Krakow.

Pros: Excellent location with convenient check in arrangement. Friendly contact before and after stay.

Cons: It’s on the smaller side, but doesn’t matter when you’re out exploring the city.

Pros: Very convenient and close to old town. Room was nice and I like the high ceiling. Clean and very spacious. Very clear instructions and you can check in and check out without personal contact , will definitely book again if I visit Krakow .

Cons: Nothing really ... but the property is under renovation so lots of clutter in the main entrance, and the main door and door leading to the property is open.

Pros: Clean and well-equipped room with perfect location

Pros: Great location, clean, all appliances and easy access

Cons: Only 1 bath towel and 1 hand towel for 3 nights
