Pros: The location was amazing, the staff accommodating, and the screen entertainment when it got ugly outside had a very good selection.

Cons: Nothing 😊

We really enjoyed this apartment and will definitely be back. It was a very comfortable living space.

Pros: - Great location - Comfortable living space and TV that worked - No-hassle check-in and checkout process - Place to cook, if needed - Quiet space, no loud noises from street or building

Cons: - Shower was easy to flood and water damage to the door and floor, so must be common. As long as you put a towel down, it can stop it.

Pros: 1. Locations Location, Location! Very easy to connect to the Christmas market, old town, and many attractions! Near the station and Galeria shopping mall as well. 2. The two-bedrooms apartment is just perfect for us. The apartment is lovely.

Cons: The pillows are not normal size of pillows, rather say they are cushions. That was the only thing we couldn’t enjoy to the maximum.

Pros: Great location!! Very clean room, comfortable beds, super hotel amenities!! You loved our stay and we will be back!!😃

Great friendly stay in Kraków close to station, trams & Old Town

Pros: Central convenient quiet location, well equipped apartment with full kitchen facilities. Modern and looked recently refurbished. Access felt safe and staff were superfriendly and offering to help with all aspects of the stay. Would definitely use again!

Pros: Great location. Helpful and kind the owners of the apartment. Near to the old town of Krakow, to all the cafes, restaurant and sightseeing spot. Next time we will visit Krakow, we will stay again here. We loved it!!

Gorgeous apartments in a fabulous location

Pros: Great location, walking distance to everywhere. Clean rooms, comfy beds. Check in so easy and host managed to get our room ready early. Lovely hot shower. Host checked in during our stay via message and dropped off more towels at our request. Spacious rooms. Lovely big mirror in the room we had.

Cons: Tv wouldn’t work well and sofa didn’t face it so that wasn’t very comfortable - but you are barely in your room so it’s fine. Kettle was broken but we borrowed one from a family member in another room. Shower filled up very quickly and leaked onto floor so it needs looking at - possibly unblocking. I would recommend a mirror in the living room near a plug socket!

Pros: Comfortable, spacious, clean, quiet. Despite never seeing any member of staff, everything from checking-in and -out to luggage storage was well organised and well explained. Responses over email on a couple of questions were super fast and efficient.

Cons: I enjoyed the shower's design but it had some practical issues. Also the sink was unnecessarily small and the cupboard below it was bad quality (unlike most other things in the room).

Modern apartments in a good location. Value for money.

Pros: It was a great location next to the old Town & the square, had lots of shops near and the shopping mall. The apartments were modern they had a small kitchen area with fridge & coffee also it had a lift which was a bit slow but ok. It was very warm we went in autumn so it was just right. Easy to find and the staff replied to any questions we had.

Cons: We were on the 4th floor so the rooms there have windows on the ceiling which means the light wakes you up in the morning. The bed a bit small for 2 people and the pillows quite soft. The bathroom sink needed the declogging whenever you used it. Other than these few things, everything was fine. It is good for the price.

Pros: I liked clear communication and care from the owner. I likeed the apartment and the location. I only wish the apartment has a separate bedroom.

Cons: I only wish the apartment had a separate bedroom.
