Excelent apartment near center
Pros: Excelent location near the center, the apartament clean, it had elevator, so it was a help with luggages. The staff replied very quickly when we had a small issue. For sure we'll return to this location.
Cons: Everything was good, nothing to dislike

Pros: Great apartment, very cllse to train, tram and historic center. Next to a big ahopping mall. Apt 22 faces a courtyard and is very quiet. Has wifi and netflix. Kitchen has basics. It has a nespresso machine but i cpuldnt find any capsules for sale in supermarkets so you might want to bring your own.

I am very pleased with the choice of apartments. I will recommend it to my friends.
Pros: The service was courteous and attentive to the client's needs. The apartments are located centrally: around the corner of the building and across the road there is a park surrounding the old town, the Barbican, and the entrance to the city itself. We just walked to all the sightseeing, which took a few minutes. In hot weather, the air conditioning in the apartment was a great help. The sound insulation in the building is good; noises that caused inconvenience when the windows were open came only from parking in the yard.
Cons: There are no particular complaints. I would make a suggestion: it would be great if the kitchen had glasses for wine and a corkscrew for opening bottles. It would also be good to install light-absorbing curtains in the bedroom: it is too bright at night from the streetlights.

We stayed for 2 nights and enjoyed sightseeing. The this is really convenient location.
Pros: Great place to stay in Krakow. Just next to the Old Town, really close to the main Krakow rail station. The only thing is you need to walk to the office to pick up the keys. Yet, it's not really far walk from the station. Apart from this this is the ideal location. Close to the Old Town but in the quiet place. Just superb! Location is really comfortable, freshly redecorated.
Cons: The biggest caveat is it's too bright in the night. The windows are facing the yard which is reeeealy brighly lit in the night. The thin blinds in the windows doesn't protect you from the light - as a result you have just a dimmed light in the room and not the dark night. So, take your sleep blindfold to get the proper sleep.

Brilliant Stay in Krakow
Pros: The Apartment was situated within 500yds of the Old Town Krakow. Communication with the agents were excellent and I was provided with detailed instructions to enter apartment building and Room (including photos). The apartment was well furnished. Bed was comfortable and shower was great. Brilliant location in a quiet area, also close to Main Railway Station and tram stops.

Modern,comfortable and good location
Pros: Conveniently located modern apartment 5 mins from the train station 15 min walk into the old town. Supermarket and bakery just up the street and a very good Indian restaurant. We'll equipped and comfortable owners easy to deal with and getting access and finding it very simple, good size shower, comfy bed, good WiFi would stay again in visiting.
Cons: 2 extra pillows would be great 👍

I loved it will stay again
Pros: This was my favourite place to stay in 4 months of travel and 10 countries . Great location very close to the mall maybe 5 minutes to the main old square and close to Stary Kepatz the vegetable market. Lots of restaurants and stores nearby. Excellent location near multiple tram lines. lovely apartment, just like the pictures. It was very clean and very comfortable .Safe, secure,, spacious great A/C. Kitchen was well outfitted. Staff very responsive. It was exactly as advertised.
Cons: It should be better explained that you finish paying and get check in directions at one location and then have to get to a different one which was unusual compared to all of my other apartments I stayed in. Staff handled my concerns very well. There is an elevator but there are also 10 steps to reach it, or a mobile chair lift. IKEA bed was hard for me I prefer softer.
