Pros: Nice, warm, spacious rooms in the heart of Kraków at a very affordable price. There are options for individual travelers and groups/families. Personnel is helpful and cheerful, always happy to help.

Cons: The bathroom needs renovation badly!

Pros: We have stayed he several times before, great location, 5 minutes from the gallery/train station and about 10 minutes from Krakow square.

Cons: The shower was very cold in the morning and the evening, broken tiles in bathroom hurt my toe, small chair was broken,need spoons for cups and maybe a long mirror..

Pros: The accommodation is just a few minutes' walk from the center and the main station, so the location was very convenient. There was no noise from outside. We were greeted by a pleasant administrator upon arrival, and the stay was quite good.

Cons: Noise from the corridor could be heard in the rooms. I was hoping to get some additional information before arriving.

Perfect location near Krakow Glowny and the Barbacan

Pros: There location is very good, several minutes from the railway station and from the Barbacan. The people at the reception were nice. Upon arrival the guy let us check in before the usual check-in time, which allowed us to browse Krakow without the heavy luggage which otherwise we would have to carry with us. The room was comfortably warm. The bed was fine too. No breakfast included, bit we didn't look for that, so it was fine.

Cons: There was no hairdryer and shower gel in the bathroom. Just one towel power person. At least we were there for one night only... Also the room walls and ceiling seem to be rather thin as we heard a huge, frightening quarrel from a couple who stayed in the room above us. I was wondering if we shall call the police, it was such a fight. When i wrote a message to the reception, they only responded after we had checked out at there next morning.

Pros: Simple and nice place — just what you need to rest after a day of exploring Kraków. Everything is there to relax and recharge for the next day of your journey. Quiet, clean, and comfortable. Thank you — really appreciate the stay!

Good for 1 night, close to train station

Pros: Perfect location just a few steps from the main train station. Pretty quiet, the window is facing the inner yard. Very basic, but not expensive. I only stayed 1 night so it was fine, worked for me. Very nice staff, I was arriving in the middle of the night and my flight got massively delayed and they stayed in touch to check me in.

Cons: Stairs, not easy if you have luggage or difficulties walking. Like I say it's super basic. The reception is at a different building, they give you the key and you have to find your entrance, it's not obvious. The reception is not 24/7 so you have to message them when you are arriving.

Pros: A good clean room, close to the train and bus stations and fairly close to the city centre

Cons: There was a smoking area directly outside the room window, which meant that I could not open the window because of the smoking, and affected privacy as the window blind had to be kept shut.
