Old world charm that’s value for money

Pros: Friendly staff. Easy check in and Mr Big was very helpful in organising an early taxi to the airport for us. The rooms were very spacious.

Cons: Not enough power points.

Like a fairytale

Pros: Exceptionally welcome staff despite my late check in. Very beautiful surroundings, comfortable room. Perfect even for longer stays.

Nice, comfortable hotel with very friendly receptionist and staff members.

Pros: The size of the room and the bathroom. Beautiful old wooden stairs. Roomy staircase.

Cons: Lack of the lift. There was no breakfast to be served however there was a tea and coffee on site.

Pros: The rooms are located in the sprawling gardens of Pałac Balice. Spring, summer and autumn in the gardens are magnificent - full of colours. The location is 10 minutes from the airport. The rooms are nice and comfortable. The breakfast is very good, but one needs to order for it a day earlier.

Cons: Not easily accessible by public transport (bus/tram). Best way to reach there is by taxi.

Pros: Fantastic place to stay , even for 1 night. Few minutes from Airport and A4 motorway makes your trip much easier. Staff very helpful with Lotsky of smiles. Thanks , will be back ...

Pros: Stay at Stay in Place in Balice My recent stay at Stay in Place in Balice was a pleasant experience from start to finish. The receptionist was incredibly helpful, nice, and friendly.Arrival felt welcoming thanks to the warm greeting and efficient check-in process. The place was spotless and well-maintained. The room was comfortable, with tidy linens and a calm, inviting atmosphere. Common areas were clean and organized, contributing to a relaxing stay. The only noted point for improvement was the bar. While not a major issue, a few guests might prefer a broader selection or extended hours to complement a peaceful stay. Picturesque, old world charm!!

Pros: Decided to stay here as it was very close to the airport and we had an early morning flight (0600). The hotel is ideally placed for the airport, only 5-10 mins away. It is a beautiful hotel and part of the Zoology Institute. Check in was fine, and although we don't speak Polish we managed to get by. Staff friendly and helpful. The room was spotless, spacious though rather cold as the temperature had changed from mid 20C to around 15 overnight.. Ideally you would really need to have your own transport to explore the area. Buses do run from the hotel to both the airport and Krakow, the latter needing a change either at airport or the tram terminus. Hotel seems under utilised, perhaps more marketing? Would make a lovely wedding venue. Catering available via a third party BUT you could do self-catering and use the kitchen provided. If taking a taxi make sure they get CORRECT entrance, the hotel gave us SPECIFIC instructions......

Pros: Amazing property. Had to sleep for a few hours before the flight and found this hotel. The room was beautiful, the bedsheets very soft. Highly recommended
