InPoint Krakow Suites - Steps from Main Station&Old Town Self Check-in

Great value for money, but the Management drop some points in support and procedure

Pros: They are pleasant appartments, nicely decorated and with all facilities you need. The location is fantastic, close to the main railway station with a 30 minutes direct line to the airport. Also the old city is at walking distance (less than 1 km). And Krakow is of course one of the most beautiful cities in Europe.

Cons: The instructions to enter the building and to get the keys were not entirely correct and quite unclear. First: it was mentioned that you need to get the keys from the mailbox at the entrance with the number of your appartment. But they are all locked! So how to get the keys from the locked mailbox? I called the reception for advice, but it was just after 18:00 and they were closed and unreachable (this is really bad, there should be an emergency number!). I was already afraid I had to find a different place for the night. I finally just stuck my fingers through the rather narrow slit of the mailbox, almost cut my fingers, felt the keys and managed to niggle them out of the box. Thank God my fingers are not too thick. Next it said in the instructions that you need to type a certain code in the elevator on the numeric pad to get up. Not correct, the elevator in my building did not have any numeric pad and went without typing a code. Dear people at Inpoint: you have some serious points for improvement here.

Pros: Nice apartment, clean and tidy. Plenty of household items to use for cooking and cleaning. Nice, quiet and secure safe area

Cons: Sofa could do with updating as it wasn't the comfiest however nothing was wrong just a little thing

Pros: Good location for visiting the city Bed very comfortable. Good size of apartment. No noise at night, good to rest.

Cons: We had to call to get the code to access the apartment because we didn't receive it. The internet was reset so we could not find it the first day. Both things were managed quickly :)

Easter holiday

Pros: Good, central location. Close to the station, and walkable distance from old town. Nice appartment, comfortable bed.

Cons: Don't have anything negative to say.

Would totally recommend cause the quality is good for the price we got.

Pros: Easy entry instructions, comfy sofa, easy contact with the reception, everything clean and cozy and it’s located in a good place! The apartment looks pretty much like the photos so that’s good :)

Cons: The only thing is that mattress on the bed was a bit hard and one light bulb didn’t work, but it’s not a biggie! The stay was still pretty comfortable.

Functional

Pros: Nice and functional. Clean and warm. Silent in the night.

Pleasant stay with minor things to improve

Pros: Quality of the windows, underfloor heating, very nice furniture, nice interior design, no noise from other rooms.

Cons: The way they left the keys inside the mail box kinda difficult to take it out. Problems when opening the front door, sofa a little bit dirty, the oven is not an oven it’s a microwave, can’t cook anything in that.

Perfect for your weekend.

Pros: Everything, literally... near the town center, trainstation is like 5min walk. Great place to stay in.

Cons: I dont think so there was anything that we did not like :)

Overall great stay with in good size comfortable apartment, with great location and facilities mins away

Cons: It was looking a bit tired, small damage to furniture, and facilities
