Landmark Apartments

Pros: We really enjoyed our stay in these apartments. The location is excellent - both the main bus and train stations are within walking distance, and the Old Town is just a 10 minute walk away. The apartments themselves are very high-quality, warm, and cozy, and the price is much lower than most places in the city center. We liked everything and definitely recommend this place!

Cons: Long cobble stone pavement leading to the apartment makes it difficult to wheel luggage there.

Good apartment, good service, but no air conditioning

Pros: Good: 1. The girls who work at the reception are super nice and responsive. They communicated respectfully and regularly via booking.com and whatsapp both and brought some things that were needed like extra toilet paper or replacement towels. 2. There is a working elevator and the building is very nice. 3. Beautiful balcony, apartment was nice and clean. 4. Has a microwave, kitchen is equipped, has a working dishwasher. 5. Good hot water, washing machine works fine. 6. Good wifi, decent place to work remotely.

Cons: To improve: 1. The property advertises air conditioning on booking.com and comes up when you filter by it but they dont have A/C in 1 bedroom apartments. So if you want A/C, book somewhere else or explicitly check with them on which apartment you are choosing. They have a standing fan which I used the first few days when it was hot. 2. No toiletries are provided - no shower gel, shampoo, soap and no laundry detergent etc. This is ok and in some polish rentals its standard. 3. Walking from property to main square (rynek) or mall requires going up and down these stairs as there is a bridge in between. Not an issue with the property but if you have any walking issues (I had a recently recovered fracture foot), something to keep in mind. 4. There is noise from the apartment above, sometimes at night, of people running. Probably because the floor is thin. On weekends, there is street noise too of drunk people returning from clubs to one of the apartments. It didnt bother us too much. All in all, not a bad stay. P.S. View is of internal courtyard,.

Pros: The location was amazing, really close to the train station and a short walk to the main square. The apartment itself was really nice. Very spacious, modern, clean. Wifi was great and there is also a shop open late a 5 min walk away. There is also a lovely coffee shop on the complex.

Cons: My only negative was that there was only 1 pillow each on the bed. No extra bedding either. I'm sure it could have been sorted if I contacted the host but this should be a default in my opinion. Everything else was perfect though. Might be worth contacting them in advance to check.

Spacious apartement in a lovely ex-industrial & recently renovated location.

Pros: The receptionist awaited us to show us the parking and the apartment. It's a really nice & newly renovated formerly-industrial area. Walking distance to the city centre. Nice balcony to enjoy the evening breeze!

strategically located, modern aparthotel on the edge of the old town

Pros: Spacious, nicely decorated, fully-equipped apartment with a large salon and kitchen located in a quiet district a short walk away from both city centre (old town) and railway/bus station. Top pick.

Pros: It is near the old town by walking 5 minutes. Security of the apartment is good. Quiet environment , spacious rooms with close proximity to many tourists spots. The house is tidy and clean. Staffs are friendly and reply promptly. Thank you Dina for greeting us and show us around,we enjoy our stay

New year stay in Kraków.

Pros: Feiendly staff, excellent location, exterior, parking.

Cons: There is no bath.

Pros: Good location….pretty central with the market square a 15minute walk away.

Cons: Issue with hot water in the apartment. However the support staff were located in an office in the building and answered my phone calls and emails promptly and courteously, they had a maintenance person attend and when it couldn’t be fixed, they were very apologetic and offered alternative apartment. I would have no hesitation in recommending these apartments and would definitely stay there again…
