Pros: Our host was very accommodating and available to help us. She made sure we were ok and everything went well for us. The apartment itself was amazing and so comfortable with plenty of towels, soaps, blankets and pillows. The apartment was warm (we came in winter) and clean. Great location and easy to access with plenty of amenities within walking distance. If we ever come back to Kraków, we will stay here again and I will definitely recommend it to others.

Pros: Location is perfect, few minutes walk you can get to the old town. Modern community with underground parking, parking is clean and safe. The staff is super nice and helpful, you can get into the apartment so smoothly with their guide. Highly recommended.

Pros: A short walk to all shops bars and restaurants trams etc So clean and modern I’d give you 20out of 10 if I could easy communication with owners there was absolutely nothing I could fault at all for me it was like home from home and we went as a party of 4 with 2 x apartments and both was of very high standards can’t wait to go again and a million percent will be staying here. Well located for the central areas, Old Town, station and Krakow Galleria.

Pros: The location was very near to the main bus and train station, as well as the Krakow Galleria, which provided us with a venue for our evening meals, and a Carrefour for any grocery shopping. It is also a short walk to the main square, and Old Town. The apartment is modern, clean and well appointed. There is also complimentary coffee, tea, sugar provided.

Cons: I did try to call and text the owner as I was having a problem with the door code, but did not receive a reply. I managed to overcome the problem myself. The main bedroom faces a main road. The noise from trams and emergency vehicles would not suit light sleepers, especially in the summer if the windows were opened. I bought some ear plugs which sorted the problem.

A lovely apartment in a perfect location!

Pros: A lovely apartment which was warm, cosy and very comfortable. All amenities were great, although the shower heads could do with fixing but they did work. We had an issue with the WiFi but when it was resolved, it was brilliant. The beds were extremely comfortable and it was nice and quiet, so we did not get disturbed. The apartment was in a perfect location with a 5 minute walk to the bus and train station and a 10 minute walk to the main square. The hosts were extremely polite.Would I stay again and would I recommend this apartment and hosts? Absolutely yes ☺️

Cons: The instructions to find the apartment could have been better but we contacted the host, who did help us find the apartment. It was quite difficult to find the correct block. All the instructions regarding the access codes and keys were good. The hosts were extremely responsive throughout until a few days before our arrival. I didn't get the check in instructions until a couple of days before, despite me messaging them a few days before. The booking.com booking confirmation said we would get our check in instructions a week before but this was not the case. I do however accept this was over the Christmas period and the hosts may have been spending time with their family. This would not stop us booking with these hosts again.

​Excellent location and spacious rooms – Great choice for families

Pros: ​Overall, we were very satisfied with our stay. The apartment was spacious and comfortable enough for 2 adults and 3 children. ​What we loved: ​Location: Perfectly central, close to everything. ​Parking: The underground parking was a huge plus ​Communication: Flawless. The host was always available, responded immediately to our questions, and provided all the necessary information. ​Cleanliness & Facilities: The apartment was clean and well-equipped; both the bathroom and the general facilities were in good order. ​Extra: There is a nice café at the bottom of the building with great sandwiches (note: the pub has closed). ​We had a great time, thank you! We would definitely recommend this place.

Cons: ​Areas for improvement (why I didn't give a maximum rating): There were a few minor maintenance issues that could be easily fixed with a small investment: ​Some items are a bit worn out (e.g., a broken chandelier and the bed frame...). ​One of the windows/doors didn't close properly. ​Not all TVs had a working internet connection. ​Unfortunately, the fridge had a very unpleasant odor. .

Pros: The house is big and warm, very clean and the bed was super comfortable.
