City Lights Apartments

Pros: Everything was perfect. The apartment was massive, loads of amenities included. Very short walk, great parking. How to check in and out was easy.

Perfect apartment for a city break!

Pros: This apartment was everything we could have needed for our 4 night stay. In a perfect location (very short walk to Old Town and main train station, slightly longer walk to Jewish Quarter) and clear instructions from the property made it easy to find. Apartment and the block it was in were super clean and felt very safe. There was plenty of storage space within the property and everything you could need appliance wise. Bathroom was also super clean and shower was brilliant. The room was very well heated and also had two big windows for letting in air. A good sized bed with a very soft mattress and two separate duvets which were a decent size (bigger than singles). Also had a smart tv. This is a keyless property and entrance to the apartment is through a code which we liked!

Cons: We really struggled to work out how to turn the heating down/off however the two big windows meant this wasn’t really a problem! The secure entry to the building the apartment was in didn’t appear to be working but as mentioned, the building felt very safe.

Pros: Beautiful, clean, and comfortable accommodation. Highly recommended!

Pros: The apartment is in a great, quiet location, very spacious and comfortable. We always stay there when in Krakow!

Great stay!

Pros: We really liked our stay here! very cosy and comfy, and exceptional value for money. We would stay here again for sure! Very close walk to the jewish quarter and old town (approx 15-20 mins). Garage parking was also FANTASTIC!

Cons: Getting the keys was a struggle! We were pretty confused for a bit but got there in the end. Otherwise everything was great!

Cons: The curtains didn't completely cover the windows and there was no door in the showers so it flooded the entire shower every time.

Pros: Great apartment right in the city center! Having parking available is a huge plus! I have a large crossover and asked for a wider parking space — and they provided one. Big thanks for the detailed instructions on how to access the building and the parking — I found everything within minutes. Overall, everything was great! Highly recommend!

Pros: The location was very convenient, close to the main attractions, which made sightseeing easy. The room was clean, cozy, and nicely arranged. Unfortunately, what we did not like was the mattress, which had an actual hole in it, making it very uncomfortable and preventing us from resting properly. Additionally, the host kept insisting on asking when we would leave, even though we had explained from the beginning that we would leave before the official check-out time and fully respect it. Aside from these issues, everything else was fine.

Pros: Very good location, near the main station and the center, as well as one of the malls. Very clean appartment and has everything for the stay. Very helpful staff when we contact with them.

Cons: We didn't receive the instructions for the check-in before we were at the appartment, but the staff reacted very fast and everything was fine.
