Pros: Everything was clean on arrival. Access to be building and the room was throughly explained. Bed were comfy and provided with towels and clean linen.

Cons: Cannot complain about anything. Nothing was bad.

A clean, cozy, and comfortable place

Pros: We arrived in Kraków early in the morning after a sleepless night on the road and asked if we could check in earlier — the host kindly agreed, which really saved us. The self check-in was super convenient, everything was clearly explained. The apartment was spotless, cozy, and had everything we needed. There’s a small Żabka store just around the corner and a big shopping mall about 7 minutes away, which was very handy.

Overall, a pleasant stay with just a few things that could be improved

Pros: The apartment was clean and well maintained. It has a great location, just next to the tram stop, which makes it very convenient for getting around. The kitchen was fully equipped with everything needed for cooking, which was really helpful.

Cons: I would recommend updating the bedding and towels – they were clean but quite worn. Also, the Wi-Fi connection was weak and didn’t work very well.

Pros: Internet connection was much better than the last time. I've ask for an iron and it was preparre in front of my door at the time requested.

Pros: New, spacious rooms with a functional and well-equipped kitchen. Large, well-equipped bathroom. Very comfortable beds. Excellent cleanliness. Breakfast is left outside your room in the morning, with sweet or savory options and quality fruit. Easy parking. Tram to the city center stops right outside the building (20 minutes). The staff responds quickly by text message to any request.

Good option for a short stay.

Pros: It met my expectations. It is rather a hotel room with a kitchen annex but a very good option for a short stay. Quiet room with a comfortable bed. I could stay again.

Cons: Internet connection was very unstable and rather slow. Toilette splash did not work well. Ironing facility would be a great add on.

A correct place with nothing special

Pros: The location is good, near to the swimming pool in the lake.

Cons: The parking was full of reserved seats. The sofa is not comfortable.

Pros: Very clean, excellent position, comfortable and well equipped.

Cons: Some things missing in the kitchen (there was only one fork), but it didn’t matter to us.
