Pros: A new apartment on a freshly built property. Good WiFi (Play, 300Mbps). Close to Zakrzówek Park which is a very beautiful place, as well as good communication with the city.

Cons: 2025.11 - The surroundings is still a big construction site. Fortunately it's not noisy there, but the view is not the most spectacular one.
