Pros: Owners were very nice and kind people. The apartment was absolutely clean, nice and very well placed near the city centre. It's new and very comfortable. The bathroom was awesome. If I come to Kraków again, I will choose this apartment again without hesitation.

Cons: There are no negative things. Everything was perfect.

Pros: The cleanliness and comfort. Everything necessary and more was there

Cons: I had to go collect my luggage and my food was kept there which was thrown away without asking. So my lunch was wasted. I hope a little communication would save food wastage
