Brilliant Stay

Pros: We really enjoyed our stay! The apartment was very clean and welcoming, the beds were super comfortable and it was a brilliant location. The host was very easy to get in contact with and helped with the queries that I had very quickly and efficiently. I would definitely recommend this apartment to others.

Cons: The only issue that we had was that there wasnt anywhere to store our luggage after check-out but we expected this so it wasn't too much of an issue.

Good value for money had what we needed for our stay

Pros: It was very clean and tidy had nearly everything we needed. Was a lot of room for a family of 4. Communication with staff very quick and responsive especially when we couldn’t get into the property when we arrived .

Cons: Some damage to things but did overlook it because it was so clean and tidy. No toaster would have rather had a toaster than a coffee machine. It was rather noisy early mornings even though it’s away from the main market square. Others guests didn’t respect the quiet hours rule but that’s not the business fault

Pros: Spotlessly clean, spacious, great communication. I would highly recommend.

Pros: Great, clean and well equipped apartment, with 3 bedrooms. 6 mins to the shopping mall and around 20 mins to the city center.

Cons: The only thing that bother was that the neighbours were loud during the nights, and we could hear them really well.

In a great location.

Pros: The apartment itself is really nice: modern, clean, and well presented, and it’s in a great location in Kraków. It’s clearly been well looked after and looks as advertised. That said, while the apartment sleeps six, it does feel quite close together, especially with a child. We ate out most days, but breakfasts were a bit tricky as there was no toaster for toasting bread, which was disappointing in an otherwise well-equipped kitchen.

Cons: The biggest downside for us was comfort in the evenings. The chairs in the apartment were extremely uncomfortable — fine for sitting at the table for a short time, but trying to relax and watch TV was genuinely uncomfortable and took away from the overall experience. Overall, a stylish and modern apartment with some practical and comfort issues that could be easily improved.

Pros: The hosts were brilliant on communicating. Got back to me straight away with any questions I had, and touched base throughout our stay to check if all was ok.

Cons: It wasn't a huge issue, but with us being a party of 12, there wasn't much of a sitting area for us all, and one of the beds were in the kitchen area

Excellent 3 bedroom apartment about 1km from the old town.

Pros: Cleanliness and facilities within the apartment were excellent.

Great apartment, close to shops, bars and restaurants. Perfect for our stay.

Pros: Property was in a nice quiet location, away from hustle and bustle. Bed were comfortable, great shower and nice warm to come back to.

Cons: You could hear neighbours in the foyer as old building echos and every morning about 6am a van arrived with loud music playing. We assumed to pick up or drop off something.
