Pros: Great apartment, it has everything required for a comfortable stay. A lil bit scary way from the main station, but just a lil bit. Has 25/7 store close to it. Communication with the facility was great.

Cons: The door lock reacts on touch from the 10th attempt.

Good choice! Good location and nice apartments. The price is more than decent.

Pros: For this price, the apartments are very nice. There is a dishwasher, an oven (which works very strangely), a coffee machine and a washing machine. The equipment is a great option. The neighbors were very quiet. The location is almost in the heart of the city, and getting to any point in the place is comfortable. Completely satisfied with my choice!

Cons: I didn't like the fact that only 1 capsule was given in the washing machine and dishwasher.

Perfect stay at fantastic studio

Pros: Extremely nice and spacious. Owner had put a lot of thought and money into the studio. A lot of nice details and touches, like dishwasher tablets and washing machine sachet. Fantastic shower, great duvet.

Cons: Third floor, no lift.

Я бы не отказалась остаться ещё на несколько раз)

Pros: Есть кондиционер, стиральная машина, кровать удобная

Cons: В первый день заселения, никто даже не приходил убирать квартиру, после прошлых жильцов остался мусорный пакет, который завонял пол кухни тухлятиной из-за отсутствия уборки несколько дней + жары в квартире. Но со мной быстро связались и компенсировали в 50% суммы от 1 дня заселения и буквально за 1,5 часа была убрана квартира для меня. Была сломана шторка что висит на окне над кухней, чуть-чуть мешал свет по утрам.

Totalmente recomendable

Pros: La ubicación, está pegado al centro histórico. El estudio es amplio, hay 2 mesas con sillas. El barrio es muy bueno, tranquilo y seguro. Para 2 personas es perfecto. Había café y tés, se agradece. Viene bien el aire acondicionado ya que al ser ático da el sol constamente y en verano hace mucho calor dentro. Hay supermercado, mercado y acceso a la ciudad muy cerca.

Cons: Falta un microondas y un abre botellas, pero es solo un detalle.

Pros: I liked the fact that the appartment is basically an attic. A quiet, bright place. It is definitely a good deal! Will be glad to stay there again
