Ametyst Hostel

Pros: I liked that there are curtains near the bed, there are sockets near the bed, you can use the kitchen.

Cons: There is noise from the street and guests do not wash their dishes in the kitchen after themselves.

Pros: I can pay by cash. It's easy to find and close to old town. There is a trem stop near by.

Cons: It is upstair and doesn't have any lift. It was difficult for me with 10kg and 25kgs of luggages.

Pros: A comfortable bed, curtains on the beds, sockets by the beds, a clean shower and a clean toilet.

Cons: It's noisy from the street in the city center

Great if low occupancy

Pros: - great location: vibrant surroundings (24/7 supermarket in the building, plenty of restaurants including Bar mleczny with meals from 3€ &cacao for 0,3€), well connected (tram stop right there, walking distance to the airport bus, short stroll straight to the main square). - kind staff (complementary towel if asked, free luggage storage). - lockers including keys, privacy curtains for the lower beds, sufficient number of electricity sockets, equipped kitchen, wifi...

Cons: - just two separate wc and two shower cabins: no guarantee that you can get access right away. - rooms are small. 6 beds room lacked air at night with full occupancy and closed windows; - contrary from a comment below, the windows of most of the rooms (~5/6) face the street (but was not noisy at night).

Good hostel for modest and simple people, good price, great location, ok for sleep and shower.

Pros: I like the simplicity of the process, of the owner. I like that we got the chance of getting rooms sepparately from others, not in mixed bedrooms. You also can use PIN code and enter the hostel at night, which is really conveient. Theay are pretty flexible and friendly.

Cons: The hostel is not super clean, especially the kithen and toilet, but for the price i did not expect the hotel experience:). The most unwelcoming thing were other users of the hostel, which were sometimes loud, they sat on sofas for hours, they were leaving doors of their rooms open, they were not greeting us back and so on. But again, you dont expect hotel like experience for that price:))

All functioned well for me

Pros: The location was excellent for me as I needed to go to nearby event. It's also very close to the main square, the castle and other top sights. There is also a small supermarket just few houses away. The price of my hostel bed was very friendly, probably one of the cheapest in the whole town. As the price was so low, I didn't expect much but my stay was actually quite enjoyable. The curtain of the bed gave me my desired privacy and my bed was next to a window, so I could choose how much fresh air I wanted. I was the only woman during my stay but I felt well and secure.

Pros: The beds had privacy with curtains. The kitchen provided a variety of miscellaneous items for use, making it easy to cook. The location was great, and the price too.

Cons: Sometimes the water of the shower would change temperature randomly (like the generator would lose strength, which was a bit annoying).

Pros: Great location, friendly stuff. For the low price u get comfy room right in the city center. Little noisy from the main street. Felt safe as a women.

Cons: Bathroom was not much clean.

A good place to rest your head after seeing all the Krakow has to offer

Pros: Floor fans set up in the rooms to cool them down a bit in the summer Interesting old building, right next to a cat cafe Great location for exploring the city Good security Privacy curtains on the bunk beds in the dorms

Cons: A bit of waiting time to use one of the two bathrooms/showers No luggage room(?)

Was fun

Pros: The room was clean and comfortable. Had lots of fun with my friend. There was a mini fridge and an extra sink.

Cons: It was a wet bathroom so you had to get used to it
