The apartment was in a good place, near to the town square. It was modern but needed a few more kitchen appliances/

Pros: We liked having an apartment so we could cook if we wanted plus it’s always handy having a fridge. We loved having a washing machine but as others pointed out there’s no drying rack which was needed.

Cons: We didn’t like the front door! The key/lock was a pain and sometimes we struggled to get in.

Pros: 1- was really clean 2- recently renovated 3- location

Cons: 1- so much noise, no isolation, you can hear everything that your neighbours do 2- check in and out time is very uncomfortable 3- some things are missing, no shampoo as example

Overall, we had a great time in Kraków and would definitely stay here again!

Pros: We really enjoyed our stay! The apartment was very clean and looked just like the pictures. The location is amazing — just a short 5-minute walk to the Main Market Square (Rynek Główny). It’s also easy to get to the airport by public transport (bus 300, about a 10-minute walk to the stop). The place is bright, cozy, and has lovely high ceilings. The kitchen has everything you might need for a comfortable stay.

Cons: The Wi-Fi was a bit off on the first day, but after we let the host know, it worked perfectly the next day. Also, there was a washing machine, but we couldn’t find a drying rack — maybe it wasn’t there or we missed it. It would be great to have one, and then the apartment would be just perfect!

Excellent location to stay and comfortable apartment

Pros: It was modern and perfect location. It felt secure as well as away from the noise and every day trams

Cons: There wasn’t a hand towel in the bathroom for washing your hands only

Good value

Pros: Location was very good, a few mins through the planty park to the main square. The apartment was very clean and comfortable. It was a little hard to find the apartment (through to the rear courtyard, take the lift then through steel doors). We loved the beautiful bathroom, and having streaming services was a bonus. Some good restaurants close by (Smakolyki for great breakfast and dinner at good prices). Tram a short walk away. All in all I would return

Cons: Bed wasn't the most comfortable . Extra towels would be great.

Fantastic stay!

Pros: A spectacular place!! Close enough to Old Town that it was an easy walk to the shopping and restaurants, but far enough away that it was nice and quiet. Everything was very clean and comfortable!

Stay was good except for the above things noted. Would stay again if attention given to those things

Pros: The accommodation is very centrally situated. Very comfortable. Has basically everything that was required 5 minutes walk from old town

Cons: The bed was very uncomfortable and made the stay less enjoyable. No microwave. Extra towels could be left as we were there for a week. Only one drinking glass. All things that can easily corrected

Great location - nice flat

Pros: Property is close to all the attraction points and the public transport. In the same street you have a mini market, a ramen restaurant and few more restaurants. The flat is really spacious and comfortable. The bathroom and kitchen have all you need even if you want to cook during your holidays. The cleaning products were provided and we had enough towels for three people. Building is quiet and it has a lift. Communication was excellent and Stan provided clear guidance to get access to the flat and pictures were helpful too. We will book it again for about next trip to Krakow.

Perfect for a short stay in Krakow

Pros: Location was fantastic. Easy walk into Old Town and train station. Shop just down the road for supplies. Apartment had been renovated to a very high standard and was very comfortable. Only criticism was the lack of crockery and glasses. A bit of a mismatch.

Cons: Equipment as above and information about the recycling bin access. Didn't find it till we left!
