It was pretty solid and good enough especially considering the price.

Pros: The location is surely perfect. The room and the shower was pretty clean. The staff was helpful.

Cons: Rooms are not soundproof.

Excellent value for money

Pros: In an excellent location. The property also felt very safe. The room was very cosy and the bed was comfortable. Easy access to toilet and shower.

Cons: There was some hair on the bed when we arrived. Despite its excellent location, it is above a nightclub, so getting to sleep can be hard on a night due to the noise.

I'd have no problem booking this place again

Pros: Spotless, very comfortable, excellent location, very warm, great price, very safe and secure. Nice clean bathrooms and good shower. Basic but absolutely perfect for a city break on the cheap when all ypu need is somewhere to sleep. I have never used a hostel but my partner and I (44 and 50) wanted a quick budget break so found this place online. Couldn't be more impressed for the price. Happily stayed 4 nights. Right in the centre of old town.

Cons: A TV might have been nice. We did have an early night after a very early morning at Auschwitz but other than that I have no complaints

Pros: Everything was perfect and location couldn't be better.

Pros: the location was perfect. you get down the stairs and you are in the prime city center, all good and old Restaurant around, we did not take any transport ticket, everything was walking distance from here. we had a personal room with double bed , personal bathroom, its a party street in the night , so summers can be loud, we were here in cold october, they have heater and fan in the room, everything about this hotel was comfortable, lover it 👍

Nice place in the center with good service but rather small rooms and not very clean shared bathrooms.

Pros: Location is perfect, right in the center. The staff was nice and the hostel itself relatively clean.

Cons: The size of the room was rather insufficient for two people. The toilets and shower became a bit dirty through the day.

Pros: The reception staff, especially Laura, was amazing. She kindly waited for us until 22:20 for check-in, as our flight was delayed, and she was very sympathetic and helpful. We truly appreciated that. The room was also very tidy and clean, and the location is probably the best you can find in Krakow.

Cons: The only downside was the mattress comfort, but that’s just a minor detail and wouldn’t take away from the overall experience at the hostel.
