Pros: Staff were friendly and beds were comfy. The lockers to store bags were spacious.

Cons: It was quite hard to climb in and out of the top bunks as there wasn't much to grab onto at the top and the mattress prevented getting a good foothold at the bottom steps of the ladder.

Great for short stay, amazing location, beware beds, though!

Pros: It's a great place for a short stay: there is a kitchen, where you can cook yourself smth (one man was cooking a whole soup) and make tea, and they have all the dishes. Someone from the staff was always at reception, so you can ask whatever you need, as I asked for a hairdryer. Beds were comfortable, and they give you earplugs if you need them (which I recommend if you're sensitive to sleep, cause it can be noisy from people unlocking their shelvs and going to bed).

Cons: The room was for 12 beds. It wasn't mentioned when I booked, like the exact number of beds, but it's bearable. The worst was my bed on the upper tier, where I hardly managed to climb, since I'm short and there was almost no option to help climbing with my hands. I almost fell the first time. Also, chelvs for your clothes and stuff were dusty, and at some point, there was no paper in the toilet.

Amazing hostel in the center of Krakow

Pros: The property is on the main square. The view from the window’s chamber is amazing. The property is very clean and very comfy. The staff is super friendly. I really enjoyed staying in this hostel. Don’t change anything! Hope to see you soon

Pros: The location was excellent! The staff was really nice, the room and the bed was really comfortable. I only stayed for a night but it is a perfect place to stay for longer. Would definitely stay here again when i come back!

Cons: Shower didn’t have hot shower it was not cold but definitely not warm or hot enough in freezing weather in Poland in Jan, Feb -15 degree. I was not able to wash my hair due to it. Room was quiet but not really tidy and a bit stuffy. Shower is sharing with female and male and only had 3 showers

Good value - great location, comfortable beds. Bathroom situation is not ideal

Pros: The location couldn't be better. The hostel is right in the city center and has a nice view. The kitchen was well equipped and we could rent a hairdryer free of charge. The beds were extremly comfortable. Staff was also nice.

Cons: The bathrooms were new and clean but men and women shared the bathroom. The bathroom door was always open and faced the entry area/reception so it felt like you were brushing your teeth in the reception. The shower and bathroom stalls were in the same room so you could also smell everything. Overall, the hostel is quite small and it always felt a little bit crowded.

Best location possible!

Pros: Best location possible!!! The beds were so comfy and felt private with the curtain. Very clean! Also very warm with -11 temp outside!

Cons: I didn’t like that you have to walk through reception to get to the bathroom! Bathroom was a little cold and smelly
