Kraków Chilli Hostel

A fantastic spot

Pros: A clean, comfortable room. A sufficient amount of towels. A working towel warmer. Hot water in the shower. Pleasant, quiet neighbourhood.

Cons: Spotty wifi. The extractor fan in the bathroom didn't work. A shelf holding the kettle was slanted precariously. Hot water in the shower was limited and ran out after a while

Pros: The hostel was clean, with a new shower and toilet. The location was good, and there was a lovely small garden. The staff were friendly, and the check-in and check-out process was smooth.

Cons: There was no kitchen, but there was a fridge and places inside and outside to eat or have coffee. The room was small, but still comfortable for a short stay.

Pros: Great location, Clean Facilities and Friendly staff

Cons: The Pillow is uncomfortable for Bed number 4

Not a social hostel

Pros: Great location, pretty big lockers with a key, female dorm and the bathroom were pretty clean, 3 wcs and 3 showers, there's always soap and shower gel available, coffee and tea in the female dorm, free ear plugs were offered as the dorm overlooking a busy street

Cons: There's no kitchen, only utensils and plates/bowls. Also the female dorm doesn't lock, the door is unlocked at all times. There is a ceiling fan but it's noisy and doesn't do much

Great stay

Pros: Great location, clean bathrooms, there was a fridge available.

Cons: There was no key to the room, only the entrance door, so the room was always open.

Pros: Nice location and view, kitchen and breakfast simple but something Staff nice and accommodating

Cons: Bit dingy and dark when you’re away from the kitchen window

Welcome to krakow

Pros: Nice location. I had a room which was facing the Main Street. Thus, I did not hear much of the tram noise. There are stores close by, and the staff is really friendly.

Cons: The insulation could be better. There were people in front of my room chatting and smoking in the middle of the night. I did have the impression that they tried to keep quiet, tho. When I asked them if they could go elsewhere they were fine with it. And I was there when it was really hot. A fan would have been great.

Pros: absolutely chilli place, clean nice location, crew very friendly

Fine

Pros: The bed is comfortable, the room is very pleasant, and I enjoy the calm and tranquility of a good night’s sleep.

Cons: I don’t like that the pillow is too small and that I have to share the bathroom with men—especially the bathtub. The bathroom smells awful, and it’s simply because it’s not clean. You can’t see the dirt because the toilet bowls are black. Also, I would like to have access to my room with a key only. This would ensure that in a shared space, only women can enter our room (which is the reason we pay for a women-only room). Overall, I like the place, but I don’t always feel very safe because there are more men than women here.

Pros: The hostel was perfectly clean and staff was helpful. No problem is experienced during checkin or checkout. Will stay again.

Cons: The room might become a little cold during nights, so better ask for an extra blanket. Also its a little bit far from city center by walk, but the area is safe.
