Great base

Pros: Lovely quiet location, great base for exploring. Outside bar and wellness area was lovely. Staff were amazing.rooms were clean and spacious

Cons: Breakfast options were a little limited, a toaster would have been a benefit along with some pastries. Also no non dairy alternative milk. Not the hotels fault but uber could only be used if prebooked as there were never any nearby. We struggled with local taxi services understanding us. You also need to make sure you confirm whether you are paying cash or card as we got caught out & taxi had to take us to closest bank machine eventhough we said we were paying card when its was booked. If you want to walk from train station it's a good 2 mile hike. Not many eatery options near hotel, restaurants etc were in centre of oswiecim so you'd need a taxi. We ended up using the Polish equivalent to the just eat app

Great food , staff excellent, rooms clean and comfortable!

Pros: Excellent location, very clean, staff very friendly and efficient! Had a problem with the shower, needed a new washer on it, within 10 mins of reporting it, the problem was resolved!

A fantastic hotel and restaurant

Pros: This is a lovely hotel on the outskirts of Oswiecim and a perfect location close to the museums in the town. My room was very comfortable and spotlessly clean. The restaurant serves a good variety of dishes, and I particularly enjoyed trying the Polish cuisine. The staff were very friendly and welcoming, and nothing seemed to be too much trouble for them. I highly recommend this hotel if you're wishing to visit the town of Oswiecim

Really good value for money

Pros: Great service. Nice people always ready to help and solving the problems immediately. The hotel is in very quiet suburban area far from traffic. Facility is big with decent parking and maintain in good style. Rooms are cosy and well finished. They also serving good food in the morning. I'm highly recommendig this place for someone who is looking value for money.

Pros: Very clean facilities and freshly done room. We also had breakfast, which was very fresh and tasty.

Pros: Free parking, very fast check in. All staff was very nice and pleasant. There was a restaurant where we could have breakfasts and dinners. Everything was very delicious.

Cons: there was no refrigerator in the room
