Pros: The accommodation is new and clean. The kitchen and dining area are spacious and functional, which is great. The rooms are very comfortable. The host is kind and reliable.

Pros: Man who met us was very helpful and nice. Room also was good, everything that was needed was there.

Cons: AC unit would be nice, as night was hot and sleeping with open windows was quite noisy.

Very good place

Pros: I only stayed one night, but everything was great. Clean, cozy and quiet. The guy who greeted me was very nice and helpful. Excellent conditions for the price. There is a large garden and parking spaces.

Very pleasent for great value

Pros: The owner is a very welcoming person and very chatty. Very clean place with parking spaces. Massive room we had with AC.

Cons: Although bedding was comfy, bed frames were a bit to small for my liking but it might be just me as I don’t like beds with frames. AC flap was very loose and loud so had to turn it off to get a bit better sleep.

Excellent pleasant stay for the weekend.....

Pros: I did choose this place based on reviews....... there is nothing to worry about. Place is new clean in very good position. Close to all restaurants, waterpark and Oswiecim. Karol as owner is something else on top of all expectations. His kind and friendly approach to provide top services is really remarkable. Karol thank you again and thank you a lot.

Pros: Absolutely brilliant place, felt really welcomed check in was extremely easy. And the owner even offered me a beer. 10/10 all day long!

Pros: Great place for a roadtrip. While it is not close to the city, it is very silent and the guesthouse looks new. Clean rooms, clar communication and a really nice welcome.
