Pros: The room was huge and absolutely great value for money, with a great location. Will definitely book again, next year.

Cons: Not much to be honest, didn't see and talk to any staff. But was ok with that, as I didn't need anything.

Pros: Clean comfortable warm with everything to make own meals in if necessary and bedding and towels included

Cons: The 52 steps up with a case and wasnt in the original location, view appeared to be in the square and internet connection was very poor

Pros: Great location , its like living in your own apartment in the middle of town , quiet

Cons: The socket situation ..my room only had 1 socket hanging of the wall to use for hairdryer or phone charger right behind the microwave . The bedlights don't work either .

Happy with the stay, despite some noise it was a great location and good value for money.

Pros: Spacious rooms, kitchen annex well equipped with kitchen utensils, kettle, pots, cooking stove, tea, coffe, fridge. Clean rooms and bathroom. Friendly staff. Great location within walking distance from Wawel Castle (6mins).Close to bakeries and local shops.

Cons: It was a very hot day when we stayed and it was very hot in the room. Fan was provided in the room but we had to close the window as it was a bit noisy on the street (nearby pub open until midnight amd close proximity to tram tracks that run frequently).
